Loved the house but especially loved the great service we got fr Maureen and Robin at iTrip....you were so accomodating and it made an emotional trip to Vail so easy for me and my family. Thank you....thank you. Hope to return next summer! The house was amazing!
Have visited Vail several times in the past, but with the growing size of the family, decided to rent a home this time. The kids and grand kids all loved the house. It had plenty of room for everybody, and the location had easy access to Lionshead and Vail village. Nice views from the different decks, and an amazing hot tub. Only word of caution is that it is basically a 3 level home with plenty of stairs to navigate.
I can't say enough good things about the managing company. The couple of very minor issues we had were taken care off very quickly.
The house is located on a hillside over looking the mountains. We had a large group staying for a wedding and everything was great. Rooms were clean and spacious and gave us plenty of room for the groomsmen to change clothes and relax. Hotels, stores, and restaurants are located across the highway if needed. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are one large room on two levels. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and dining. The drive to the village was easy, traffic heavy at times because of construction, and you can walk along the Gore River. We suspected some heavy use of the hot tube over the July 4th week end by previous user because the spa service met us as we arrived and completely cleaned and sanitized the hot tube. We were impressed that the management of the house was keeping a close watch on the house. We would recommend the house to friends.
The property was located on a hill overlooking the mountains at one end of Vail. It is large multi floor house with space to easily support 10 or more people. There are hotels, restaurants, and a safe way directly across the highway from the house, 2 miles one way. The Vail Village is 2 miles up the frontage road that you can drive or walk along the Gore River. The house was clean, kitchen had plenty of utensils and service. There is a variety of bedrooms and living space including a very nice hot tube. The house was clean and ready for use.
Our week long stay in this house was exceptionally enjoyable! With stunning views of Vail valley from the elevated deck to the fine luxury of the house, this property worked very well for our family vacation/wedding celebration in Vail. The house layout promotes privacy with bedrooms on several different levels, but, this also means there are quite a few stairs to climb. Definitely not handicapped/disabled friendly. However for us it worked great as two of our children had infants with them. The house was very quiet, especially the sumptuously appointed master suite with the awesome oversized jacuzzi tub and steam shower. Large closets throughout provided plenty of storage for clothes and luggage. The oversized hot tub was perfect for working out sore muscles after long hikes in the mountains. Great destination, great rental property, great time in Vail! Only one caution: Parking is limited because of a local ordinance prohibiting street parking, so, take that into account if your group will have a number of cars.
The property was awesome the house was so spacious and the location is also so convineant to grocery store gas station, the rooms were spacious and the view is spectacular. I recommend I trip vacations and I will definitely rent an other property soon.
