All amenities provided from lots of Fresh Towels, Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap, Coffee, & More! All you need to do is bring clothes and you're all set! The bedroom has a BRAND NEW 55" LED TV complete with Roku (You will need to use your logins). Every amenity you could need is provided during your stay!

You will have access to the main entrance floor where your bedroom will be located. The bedroom has a grade 3 (highest security) keyless entry lock both into the building along with your bedroom. Everything you could need is provided for your stay from Fresh Sheets and Towels, toiletries, coffee & more. The common area and bathroom are cleaned daily!

You'll have access to all of the main floor which includes your bedroom, bathroom, living room, and small kitchenette. Please note the kitchenette doesn't have a stove, dishwasher etc. It does have cups, silverware, microwave, sink and a refrigerator. Not a place to make meals, but store them and heat them up if needed

You will be located right in the heart of downtown Roanoke, but still have a private parking spot right in front of the building! Everything is within walking distance, no need for a car once you've arrived, it's quicker to walk somewhere even compared to an Uber! This is the only listing in all of Roanoke that is located in downtown!

Once you've arrived I would recommend walking everywhere since you will be right downtown. This way you do not need to worry about having to pay for parking during your stay.
