OCEAN VIEWCATION HOUSE:

This property has it all including spectacular ocean view, but without the higher price you pay for a direct beachfront property of this quality and location. Built atop a rare 2-story dune, the living area is on the 2nd floor almost 4-stories above the road. Situated directly across the street from the beach, the ocean and sunset views are INCREDIBLE!

This secluded treetop dune property, located on the preferred north beach, is almost invisible from the road. The private driveway curves through the half-acre hilltop lot completely covered with native palms and oak trees. The house itself is no less spectacular: A classic-style beach house that comfortably sleeps 14, with wrap-around decks and overhanging roof, it was recently purchased by new owners and redecorated with a unique charm inside that guests are sure to enjoy. Very clean and tasteful- the photos tell it all!

To access the beach guests simply walk a few houses down the quiet road to a boardwalk that goes over a protected dune/wildlife area. At the end of this short trail you very quickly arrive at what is always voted the #1 “Best Beach in Central Florida!” by Florida residents.

Finally, in this town it's a real advantage staying on the preferred north beach where you may ride a bicycle to go shopping, have coffee, or spend an afternoon tasting samples at the monthly 'Wine Walk.' The alternative to this would be driving from a rental home on the south beach ‘high-rise’ part of town where it may take half an hour each way in a car, to and from your vacation activities.

Just another reason why this 14-guest property has it all: Seclusion and privacy, incredible ocean and sunset views with the sound of crashing waves below, and a location that is very close to town. However, as a monthly rental that sometimes will accept 1 and 2 week reservations, this property may book VERY quickly, so be safe and confirm your trip now!

Nice, but not four bedrooms

This is in a nice location and has a great view of the ocean. The porch usually gets a nice breeze even during the hot summer. The gate on the main floor was great for young families (and isn't typical in a rental). The nearby beach is large with limited cars. Also, the state park down the road is beautiful.

However, it is not a four bedroom rental. It is a three bedroom house. The 'fourth' bedroom is part of the main living room, and has only a curtain to separate the space from the main living area. This can be an issue for parties who are planning to use all four of the bedrooms.

Awesome Ocean view on quiet beach street

Our family loves this NSB ocean view property. Definitely our home away from home. Living area is light and spacious and beds are comfy. This beach house has every amenity necessary for a great time. It's short walk over the dunes to a nice quiet beach area and a short ride into town to great restaurants and shops! Morning coffee and watching the sun rise over the Atlantic is always awesome. We look forward to returning again soon!

Beautiful views, great for gatherings and dinner parties

We rented this beautiful home and had 8 people staying in the house. The sleeping arrangements were perfect with the kid's room downstairs and the master and other sleeping rooms upstairs. The house has all the necessary amenities for the beach. The layout was fantastic as the living room and dining room are open to each other which allows for a large group to intermingle. We played games and had kids and adults all enjoying the large space together. Property manager Natasja met us to check-in and couldn't have been nicer or more helpful with suggestions and ideas for our stay. Don't miss sunrise and sunset on the balcony. We didn't want to leave! Highly recommend.

Expansive view from very comfortable surroundings

Enjoyed a long a weekend with old friends. Great ocean view from deck and the living room couch. Plenty of space. Nicely furnished, very clean and in good condition. The home provided a private and quiet base for enjoying the various activities in and around New Smyrna Beach. Excellent location for quick access to beach and park on north end of beach. Just a couple minutes to drive (or a short bike ride) to center of town to enjoy restaurants and shops. Hope it is available the next time we get together.

Beautiful Views Oustanding Beach House

My family of eight loved this beach house. It has everything you need for a relaxed beach vacation. The neighborhood is quite, and the walk to the beach is a short trip thru the dunes.

I would love to return soon.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful home!

We absolutely LOVED New Smyrna Beach, and this house is even more beautiful in person. The porch has a beautiful view and is perfect for breakfast with the sound of the ocean. The beach is so close and the neighbors are great! We had twelve guests and everyone slept comfortably. Our trip was wonderful and Natasha was friendly and extremely helpful! She offered us suggestions of local restaurants and fun thing to do and she was only a text away whenever we needed anything. I will definitely be renting from Turtle Town Vacation Rentals again, and I would HIGHLY recommend this property.
