Ocean View Villa is a 3 bedroom Napier holiday house in Bluff Hill with WiFi included. This charming and tranquil holiday house is an excellent spot to get away from it all and unwind, with panoramic ocean and coastal views to Cape Kidnappers!

This unique property has it all - a place to retreat to but also in close proximity to Napier's hot spots, such as Ahuriri with its beaches and fine selection of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops, just minutes away on the other side of the hill.

For your convenience, linen and cleaning are included in the nightly rate.

Steeped in history, this 1870 villa enjoys well-appointed open plan living which includes plenty of spaces in which to relax. Listen to music on the bluetooth speakers, BBQ on the sheltered deck, recline in a bean bag on the back lawn overlooking the sea, or go up to the garden deck for beautiful ocean views. In winter, cosy up in front of the TV in the winter lounge, and take in the natural beauty of incoming storms and moonrises above the horizon.

There are 3 bedrooms at this Napier accommodation, each fitted with a queen bed. As well as the bathroom, there is a separate toilet. This is an ideal option for up to 3 couples or a small family to holiday together. It is recommended that any children staying are over 12 years of age.

Property was beautiful, but there is only 1 bathroom and the advert says 2. I wouldn't consider a toilet on its own a separate bathroom. The majority of the house was clean, but the bbq was dirty and we needed to clean cups before we used them. The location is great, but it would be a very steep walk back from the cbd. Parking would be an issue if you had more than1 car, as the road is very narrow.

The road is quite narrow, but the home does have a double garage which should allow parking for two cars. We have also noted this on the listing to advise future guests. We hope you had a nice stay!
