Across the hall (also on the middle floor) is a 3 Bedroom/2 Bath condo that sleeps 8. There is 1 King Bed, 1 Queen, 2 twins, and 1 sleeper.
All condos have multiple decks, high ceilings, internet, multiple bathrooms, multiple T/V's, full appliance package including washer/ dryer, fireplace and more. Cancellation Policy: All requests by the Tenant to cancel this lease must be in writing to the Landlord and are subject to the property re-renting or acceptance by the owner. All deposit money shall be retained until the property is re-rented at full price. If the property is not re-rented for full price, the difference will be due from the Tenant and/or be deducted from the deposit. All cancellations are subject to a 25% handling charge to Beacon Properties. Tenant agrees that all deposits and rental monies shall be held by the Landlord, not Beacon Properties. Owners are liable for all monies received.
