-There is a golden retriever on the property when it's NOT being rented.
-The house/property are kept extremely clean and she is not allowed on second floor.
-There is an additional area that we use, located on the property that is separate and private from the rest of the home. Need help? just ask.

-There is a Quiet ordinance between 10pm until 9am. No noise or outdoor activities until 9am.
-Hot tub and pool are CLOSED at 10pm.
-A new ordinance has been passed that applies to vacation rental guests only in Sonoma County. In response to this a monetary fee will be withheld from the security deposit if complaints are made from surrounding residents and for any police and/or owner involvement. We've never needed to implement this policy. This only effects those that do not follow the ordinance. Noise and Music is not allowed after 10pm and before 9am.
