Take in the sites of Arizona during the day. Enjoy the accommodating kitchen while at home at night. BBQ on the grill or enjoy watching the sunset while sitting on large covered patio. Play a board game or enjoy a glass of wine in front of the wood burning fireplace. Backyard is completely fenced in with Banana , Orange, Lemon, Pecan, Pomegranate, and Fig Trees. Some of the trees are young and not producing yet. Beds have new mattresses and Egyptian cotton linens. Tax rate is only 1.8% for any stay 30 days or more, as transient tax does not apply.
We are a fun loving Italian family (married just over 20 years) from the heart of the Mid-West. We love all thing's Chicago.Win or Lose.... When funds and time permits, we love to travel. Phoenix has been our home since 2004 and we love it (Excluding snakes and Ha boobs). We love that we can visit Mexico in three hours, Vegas and L.A. in 5 and 1/2.... Arizona is the true Sunshine State.

Carter Dr is fabulously located in Tempe. We purchased this home for our older boys while attending ASU. Tempe is centrally located in Phoenix Metro area and always has a lot going on. This home was recently renovated and has everything you'd need to enjoy your time in AyyyZee.
We believe the layout is the home's best attribute. My husband made excellent use of space when renovating the home in 2013.
In my experience of renting homes by owners (this was the fourth time), this was our best experience. The home was clean and nicely updated and well stocked. It was well located in the central part of the Phoenix metro area and easy to get onto the highways and close to the airport. Yet it was very quiet inside the house. The beds were comfortable but I would have preferred to have a light blanket rather than the duvet which was too warm. That is my only small complaint about the rental. I hope we will be able to stay there again the next time we travel to Arizona.
Wish to openly express gratitude for having the home available for us at a very important event in our annual schedule of Life. The number one blessing that it was the location. The unique facilities nearby such as Whole Food Market; numerous banks; large Gasoline stations and quick access to major transportation routes.
The home was comfortable and modern. Especially appreciated the kitchen and it's size and ease of use. The laundry facilities were modern and easily used. The only challenge we had was the security system that ended up being repaired by me which I believed should have been dealt with by the owners or the management staff. Deeply appreciated the understanding and guidance of the owner in allowing us to manage the cooling system to a more pleasant level. Overall this was a good experience and would engage it again.

We were very pleased with the house it was well maintained and very clean We found several very nice restaurants within 2. To3 miles of the house and grocery store was same distance. Very clean neighborhood would stay there anytime. Lou Adolph.
