Formally known as St. George’s Cay Hotel, 'Fish Tales', the second floor apartment, has been renovated and offers a 3- bed/ 1-bath apartment. Master bedroom offers king size bed, both Second and Third bedrooms each offer 1 full size bed. Access to laundry facilities, along with central A/C, cable TV, Wi-Fi and wrap around porch, with ocean and harbour views.

Neat and Clean and Large rooms!

Darrin Sands and his wife were kind enough to offer us all 3 floors for our very large family! It was perfect. A 2 bedroom 2 bath apt. on the 1st floor. As advertised on the 2nd and the 3rd has 4 bedrooms and 1 bath (dormitory style). So 2 large kitchens 4 baths 2 living rooms and 2 dining rooms! Not fancy but very nice and clean. (only the 2nd floor 3 bd apt has been redone and advertised but we were happy with the rest of the house as well)! 2 washers and dryers, all kitchen items needed. no BBQ but most houses did not have one. the wrap around balconies/ porch are huge. You can see both the harbor and ocean from this apt. The house is located at the end of a block on the hill next to the docks with little yard but 2 blocks to beautiful beach and down a set of steps to the docks! A golf cart or bicycles will be helpful for exploring. Spanish Wells has a large grocery and Pinder's Supermarket. There are several "Take Away" as well as sit down restaurants. Most have basic fair but well made. "The Gap" has amazing local made desserts and great prices. Residents are extremely helpful and friendly. Darrin Sands is the manager, he and his wife thought of everything! They made a trip to the grocery for us realizing that the stores would be closed for holiday our first few days and a gift of fresh baked, (still warm) chocolate chip and nut bread she made just for us!!!! Johnny Underwood rented us a boat for the week and helped to find us this house and the large house we rented. Between he and Darrin anything can be arranged. Thank you for sharing your giant home and your beautiful island!
