Situated just a short walk from Gaudi's emblematic work in progress, the Sagrada Familia, this modern apartment is ideal for a family or group trip to Barcelona.

Hard wood contrasting against white walls runs throughout the entire apartment.

For something different, have a go at ice skating with facilities just one block away, or take a walk to Barceloneta beach. The Caspe apartment offers a wealth of opportunities in the Mediterranean capital.

The apartment is located in the historic Eixample Dreta area, with modernist façades, terrace cafés and grand avenues leading to Gaudí’s famous Sagrada Familia cathedral or down to the Arc de Triomf and Barcelona’s beautiful city park.

Eixample Dreta is a scenic area to explore; with a leisurely stroll to Passeig de Gracia or into the trendy El Borne barrio.

The Estació Nord bus station is located in this district and an abundance of public transports offer fast connections to Las Ramblas, El Gótico or the city beaches, in about 10 minutes.

Great location, wonderful stay!

The apartment is conveniently located near to several metro stations and main attractions. It is well equipped, spacious, bright, and with a great view to the interior courtyards. We stayed 9 nights and were extremely comfortable. We walked most of the day and when we came back to the apartment it felt like coming back "home". Chelo, the owner, is very accommodating and we will definitely stay again. We had a great time in Barcelona. We highly recommend this property!

Sunny modern, perfectly located apartment

We were very happy with the apartment which was extremely well equipped and in a super location. The owner , Chelo, was very helpful recommending local restaurants and helping us locate places of interest on the map she provided. I would be more than happy to stay here again and I would recommend it to my friends.

A great choice!

This apartment made our trip an excellent one. First, the apartment owner, Chelo, was very attentive and flexible to our needs as a family. While we planned to spend the bulk of our trip in Barcelona, we also headed for a weekend trip down the coast. We were able to book the days on either side of the weekend without a problem. Both when we first arrived and when we returned from our weekend adventure, Chelo met us at the apartment and made sure we knew all of the details about the apartment, the neighborhood, and how to get to some of the most amazing spots in Barcelona. The apartment is spotless - Chelo clearly takes very good care of it. The apartment was very comfortable for our family and has great amenities: fast wifi, a lovely view of the community courtyard, a washing machine (hugely helpful!), and dishwasher. We loved having a kitchen - both to cook breakfast or lunch and to reheat leftovers we'd brought back from a meal at a restaurant. The apartment and the building are very secure. Walking through the neighborhood felt very safe as well. We visited the local markets, coffee shops, and walked to neighboring Metro stops pretty much every day. We also appreciated that the apartment was slightly out of the touristy areas and more in an actual Barça neighborhood. Within blocks you have access to the Tetuan and Girona metro stops, the Arc d' Triomf, grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. We highly recommend that you consider making this apartment your home base when you visit Barcelona. A lovely apartment, an authentic Barcelona neighborhood, and you really couldn't ask for a nicer host.

Quiet, modern, comfortable, and well-located

My husband and I stayed for 9 days in this pleasant and convenient apartment. As all other reviewers have said, Chelo our host was scrupulous about meeting us, reviewing all aspects of the apartment, giving us tips for our stay, checking by email in after a day or so, and meeting us again with a taxi reservation at the end. Having the small second bedroom for our clothes, etc, was convenient. The apartment faces the inner courtyards of the block, so there is virtually no street noise; along with blackout shades and a comfortable bed, this makes for a restful stay. The apartment is modern and uncluttered, yet has everything needed. Bring your own guidebooks--apart from Chelo's tourist map and rapid overview of sights/restaurants/markets, there are no written notes or guidebooks in the flat; but the wifi works fine, so everything can be looked up. Local markets: Mercadona is ok, as are the smaller Condis and fruit store across from it. Best is the Oriol bakery next to them. The Tetuan metro station has one entrance: cross Passeig de Sant Joan and look for it across the Santander bank. Great time; we would return.

Great apartment, great location and amazing host!!!

We stayed for a week in October 2016 and had a really great time. The apartment is excellent, modern, clean and as described. The appliances are all new and in good working condition. The apartment location is perfect, close to everything: metro, restaurants, little shops, supermarket, bakery all at 2-3 minutes’ walk.

Chelo is an amazing guests! She is extremely nice, providing us with a lot of information and suggestions about the areas must see, dinner places, etc.

She can accommodate/help with parking---off course paid--- ( 10 minutes’ walk from the apartment) and that's a big bonus in Barcelona if you have a car.

We will come back at anytime and recommend this place to all our friends and relatives.

Great apartment, location and host

We stayed for a long weekend in this convenient apartment - a few minutes walk from the metro and 10-15 minutes walk from the central sights. The neighbourhood is quiet and has supermarkets round the corner. The apartment itself is modern and clean with all the facilities you need in the kitchen - and with comfy beds, good wifi and shower. Chelo was really helpful with advice on sights and restaurants, and she was there to meet us when we arrived late and book us a taxi to the airport at the end. I would be happy to come back.
