SPECIAL CONDITIONS AND OTHER RATE INFORMATION:
2 to 7 night minimum stay required. 7 nt stay required for major holidays. Please enjoy any smoking outside on the covered terrace. Minimum age to reserve, 25 and present. Not suitable for unaccompanied students.
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of reservation by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. The balance is due 30 days before arrival by same credit card. If less than 30 days until check-in, payment in full is due at time of reservation. No reservations should be assumed until the initial deposit or payment is made and a signed contract is received by the renter from Island West Properties. Please do not make any travel plans that can not be changed until you have received your signed contract. Homes can not be held without a deposit. First payment will have the reservation.
CANCELLATIONS: if ninety (90) or more days notice is received, 10% of the rental shall be retained. If there is less than 90 days notice, 20% of the rental shall be retained ONLY if the unit is subsequently rented. If we can not rent the unit, we shall retain the entire deposit. EXCEPTION: FOR RESERVATIONS BETWEEN DEC. 15 AND JAN. 7, ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
