We are available by e-mail and phone if you would ever need anything or simply have questions about finding the best burger of a tasty brunch spot.

We have many friends and family in the immediate area to help out if we are not in Chicago.

The Neighborhood:

Our home overlooks the park and is on a quiet and peaceful street. Just a block or two away, the excitement picks up with restaurants, bars, art galleries, cross-fit gyms, a huge library, shopping, and so much more. The heart of Chicago and Lake Michicagn are just a few minutes away bus or subway, and on nice days a walk or bike ride is a great way to explore the city from our home.

The park across the street is massive with softball fields, basketball court, indoor pool & fitness center, and a brand new playground for the kids to enjoy.

Getting Around:

Public transportation is easy to find. We have a car but never use it when we are in town. Chicago Public Transportation 'CTA' is the way to travel!

The Chicago Ave bus stops a few steps down the block.

The Milwaukee Ave bus is a 4 minute walk.

The Chicago 'EL' Blue Line is also a 4 minute walk. You are 2 stops (3 minute ride) from the heart of downtown Chicago at Clark & Lake.

Taxis are also easily found on Chicago Ave.

Uber comes right to your door.

We usually look for long term renters to help keep the community-feeling for our small building of excellent neighbors. Pets occasionally can be accommodated but due to allergies, building rules and the top condition of the condo, we need to be very selective. Why Craig Anderson chose Noble Square

When we were home shopping, we saw so many homes and chose this one because of its great location overlooking Eckert Park and so close to many great restaurants, galleries, bars, shops and parks.

As a corner unit, we get tons of natural light from windows on 3 sides (of course there's blinds to keep the sunlight out when you want to) and the 12 foot ceilings add to the open layout. The 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom layout gives ultra privacy to each bedroom.

Tons of space, privacy and comfort allow you to set our home as your homebase as you explore Chicago or settle in for a business trip.

Our neighborhood, West Town, is in the center of 6 of Chicago's hottest neighborhoods - Bucktown, Wicker Park, West Loop, River North and River West. You'll have no problem finding a new favorite restaurants (from the neighborhood diner down the street to the 2 restaurants with Michelin Stars within walking distance) or coffee shop to enjoy.

If you are a commuter, access to the major highways, public transportation, the 'EL', O'Hare and Midway airports is super convenient.

We also have a cleaning person that can handle the cleaning duties if you are short on time during your stay. Just let us know.

The Second bedroom has a Queen bed, 40inch HD TV, large closet and is located on the other side of the condo for maximum privacy with the 2nd bathroom conveniently located next to it. A small desk is available for the 2nd bedroom for homework or a second home office. The bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the home for extra privacy and quiet. Both have large windows with plenty of light when you want it and wooden levelor shades for when you don't. The 2nd bathroom is next to the 2nd bedroom which makes it almost like a second master suite with complete privacy
