It's just a short walk to one of the most beautiful private bay beaches in the Hamptons, Barnes Hole Beach, and is only a 5 minute drive to Atlantic Ocean Beach, Amagansett town, and the Amagansett train station. For added convenience, Old Stone Market (country store/deli) is located just around the corner. Amagansett, East Hampton Village, and Montauk with some of the best restaurants and stores on the East End are also only a short drive away!
3 Bedroom (Master with Queen Bed, Guest Room with Queen Bed, Other Guest Room with 2 Twin Beds) and 2 Full Bath (Master Bath and Main Bath). Open airy home with two sets of French doors that open out to a spacious screened in porch. While in the porch, relax with a great book on the brand new wicker outdoor furniture with Sunbrella fabric and enjoy your meals at the dining table with benches. House is equipped with Weber grill, beach chairs, and beach towels. Lovely large backyard.

The location is ideal. It's only a 5 minute drive to the town of Amagansett and Amagansett's Atlantic Beach. Town of East Hampton and Montauk are also just a short drive away. The house is in Barnes Landing which is a quiet private community that has two stunning bay beaches (Barnes Hole Beach - approx. 10 minutes and Louse Point - approx. 20 minutes) are within walking distance. Lastly, having the market convienently around the corner is a life saver when you simply want to run out for milk, coffee, sandwich or the paper. If you like a country beachy feel - this home should more than satisfy!
We loved the house ..from the quality of the bedding...well stocked kitchen...screened in porch is incredibly comfortable to hang out and eat our meals... Great neighborhood and easy to get around. Kathleen is accessible and helpful. 5 Stars!!!
This home is perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. We enjoyed walking to the bay beach and we watched some gorgeous sunsets from Louse Point. Atlantic Avenue Beach is only a short drive away and you can park there during the week for only $20/day - no town parking permit is needed. Everything is convenient to this property, from the deli at the corner to the grocery store and Amagansett LIRR station 4 minutes away to the shops and restaurants of Amagansett and East Hampton. It's a perfect spot and we hope to stay there again next year!
This house was just about everything we could have asked for. We have a family of 4 and there was plenty of space for all of us. Great little screened in porch of the side of the house that we had many a meal in. Close to numerous beaches, both bay (within walking) and ocean (5-10 min drive). House was clean and in great condition when we arrived and the owners were always available if need be. We would recommend and hope to make this an annual trip moving forward.
Perfect beach getaway cottage! Nicely decorated, open floorplan and very clean. All the amenities were provided. The location could not be better – a short walk to 2 lovely bay beaches and a bike ride to the ocean and town of Amagansett. Wonderful general store around the corner for morning coffee, snacks and sandwiches. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent this house again in the future!
Clean and well appointed home. Furniture is nice, clean and comfortable. Well decorated. Charming and cozy. In a perfect location. Best of both worlds- quiet bay beach, and short drive to Amagsnsett village and beaches. Great convenience store one block away for quick pick up of various items; great sandwiches and amazing empanadas. Really enjoyed this adorable home and location.
