Having just completed a fabulous remodel, the home has a fresh new open and upscale feel with all new Bathrooms, Bedrooms, Living Room furnishings and more! High ceilings, spacious rooms, and stylish furniture are the trademarks of this inviting property.
The Kitchen is bright and well-equipped for preparing meals effortlessly, with all new dishes, serving pieces, and cookware. The traditional touch of Cararra marble and crisp white cabinetry is a unique compliment to the homes mid-century roots. The dining area is conveniently located within reach of the chef's creative hand, making service a dream and conversation friendly.
From the spacious Living Room, a wall of glass windows and sliding doors opens to the back patio. This fully enclosed space features an inviting spa and lush surroundings. Enjoy a great game of ping-pong, or dine al fresco on the teak dining table.
Whether inside or out, the Santa Ynez Mountain backdrop to this home offers incredible year round views of the sunsets glow reflected on the mountains.
The Media Room is a sunny space adjacent to the Living Room. A sofa sleeper here adds additional sleeping options for overflow guests. With French doors of clear paned glass, this room can also be closed off to offer alternate television viewing choices from the Living Room while still making it possible to keep tabs on activities there.
The bright Master Suite has a king-size bed, walk in closet, and faces the backyard. The attached Master Bathroom of Carrara marble and large glass shower feels luxurious and well suited for a vacationing couple to feel pampered.
The second Bedroom is near the laundry and is perfect for the kids or teens with two twin beds and a full Bathroom with large glass shower of white subway tile.
The third Bedroom with king -size bed faces the front of the house. The freshly remodeled hallway Bathroom has the convenience of 2 sinks set in Carrara marble and a seated vanity. The fourth Bedroom in black and white also offers a king-size bed making this home perfect for 3 adult couples to each have their own luxurious accommodations.
Dining, relaxing, and entertainment are easy. 4 different flat screen TVs, 3 DVD players, and a CD player/stereo provide indoor entertainment. Stay connected with the Wireless Internet available throughout the property.

Christmas Weeks (Dec 19 - 26 & Dec 26 - Jan 2)
7-Night minimum (in the fixed weeks above) for all bookings made before Nov 1st.
3-Night minimum (and flexible dates) for current year bookings made after Nov 1st.
Stays of less than 30 nights are subject to a 10% Lodging Tax + $2/night Tourism Tax.
$300 Cleaning Fee (14+ night stays require additional cleaning fees), Booking Fee (varies based on reservation cost).
$2,000 security deposit refundable within 14 days of checkout. Deposit is reduced to $500 with purchase of Damage Waiver.
30+ night stays require extra security deposit, and do not qualify for the damage waiver program.

Four women spent a week in this lovely home....great privacy for each of us...great collecting space to entertain, terrific cooking with many extras and close to beach, shopping dining and coffee....we had a fabulous time.

Very nice property, perfect layout, tasteful décor. Short walk to Montecito Village and Butterfly beach. Pictures are true as presented. Could invest in an espresso machine of some sort, even a stovetop one would be nice. They had a very basic Mr. Coffee coffee machine. Also no whisk anywhere. No baking supplies other than a cookie sheet. I would have expected the kitchen to be stocked better based on the look and design. It mattered to me because I like to cook. This property borders to the freeway, so there is some noise but not bad. We had a great time and would stay there again. Last note, there are no window coverings on the large kitchen window facing the street, would be nice for privacy and protection from the sun.

We were in California for a wedding and this home was EXACTLY what we needed and hoped for, the location was great - three minute bike ride to the beach with the available bikes, short walk to Jeanine's for wonderful breakfast pastries, exactly as described, can't wait to return :o)
The home is located in a great area of Montecito - so close to the beach and 5 minutes away from restaurants and shopping on the main strip.
The kitchen has been nicely redone and the beds are comfortable.
I think the property is a great value for how many it can sleep and the area it is in. You can hear the freeway at night but the noise of a fan is enough to drown the sound out.
We would stay here again :)
We loved the house for its open plan spaciousness, décor and proximity to the beach and local restaurants. The house is well equipped and nicely furnished. As Santa Barbara is only about 4 miles away, we could use the bikes to get there and back as well as drive when we wanted. Summerland and Carpinteria are also with easy reach. Out back there's a well good hot tub along with BBQ, table tennis and patio set. In the garage are beach chairs, boogie boards plus the bikes. The house has 3 flat screen TVs (only the master bedroom has one - the others are in the main room and the "media" room) and wifi. There's a stereo system we could plug the iPod into. Kitchen has all the appliances and laundry room helped too. Pretty good all round really.
