Great for a family get away, close to most beatiful beaches at Big Island

Our beautifully furnished house is the prefect spot to base yourself for exploring all that Big Island has to offer. The best beaches are within minutes of drives! Home is next to Waikoloa Village Golf and walking distance to market and restaurants.

This home is app. 2000sf living space on13000sf land, with open-plan rooms that have vaulted ceilings, sky lights, and plenty of space for everyone. It's inside a small cul-del-sac with lots privacy. A large shaded lanai faces onto the front garden and has plenty of room for relaxing, dining or enjoying that morning cup of coffee.

Guests have access to the entire property plus free access to the village swimming pool and tennis court. Guests can play golf at the village golf course with resident discount. Tenants cards for the village amenities will be provided for you.

BBQ, beach gears and Pack n Play are available for guests to use.

P.S. Tenants are required to sign a rental agreement before checkin. Discount is available for more than 2 weeks of reservation, email host to find out.

What makes this house unique

Kohala coast has the most beautiful beaches on Big Island, and Waikiloa is at the center of the west coast. This is the place that you can experiment the authentic Hawaii living, away from the commercial, yet has all necessaries include high end restaurants and shops.

Most beautiful beaches are within minutes of drive:

A Bay - 7 miles away

Beach 69 (secluded with good snorkeling spots) - 9 miles away

Hapuna Beach ( Big Island most popular white sand beach) - 10 miles away

Mauna Kea Beach ( my favorite) - 11 miles away

Waikoloa Beach Resorts is 6 miles away, where resort hotels, great shops and restaurants are. The Dolphin Quest at Waikoloa Hilton is always Kids' favorite activity.

Waikoloa is about 18 miles drive to Kona airport.

For all lovers of great and unusual blank spaces, Big Island is the destination not to be missed ... We had the chance to stay in the house of Mei, very well located on the island. Magnificent master bedroom, 2 additional bedrooms well appointed, beautiful living space inside and outside, all the necessary amenities for an unforgettable stay! In short, a pleasure that I would highly recommend.

Comfortable home near all the best beaches

Mei's home was a great home to stay in. The seven of us plus a baby had everything that we needed for eating, sleeping, and going to the beach. The beach umbrella was well used at beaches like Hapuna, where there is no shade. While the home could sometimes be hot during the day, there were ceiling and floor fans available and it always cooled down at night and was comfortable for sleeping. Mei provided outstanding service, always responding promptly to any requests for information. When we were in Hawaii, she was only a text away and she helped us to figure out what we could do on our last day when we had 12 hours to kill before our flight home. The local grocery store was the cheapest in the area and had all the small things that we needed; for our larger purchases, the Costco was about a half hour away. The best beaches are located in this area; if you stay in Kona, you will be at least a half hour away from the nicest beaches. It is also located very close to the back road to get to Hilo; we were able to be there in less than 1 ½ hours, making this home in a great location to explore the island. I highly recommend this home and we would stay here again when returning to Hawaii.

Large, Comfortable House

The owner, Mei, provided excellent and clear communication. When we arrived, there was fresh fruit and bottled water. That was an unexpected surprise. Plenty of towels, comfortable beds, large equipped kitchen and a nice BBQ. We appreciated them all on our short stay. This house accommodated our party of eight very well, and we used both the pool and tennis courts. Plenty of restaurants and a supermarket are 2 minutes away. Mahalo.

Comfortable home, good location

The owner and housekeeper/local contact worked very hard to ensure that we had a comfortable stay and it worked!

This house is well furnished and equipped. The Waikoloa area is far enough away from the crowds of Kona, but near good beaches, activities and the airport. There is a local shopping center so there is no need to have to drive far for groceries. Mei has stocked the house with all the needed beach items too! Thank you for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

A Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful and enjoyable time in the Big Island with our family. The owner's beautiful cozy home is very relaxing and ideal to our group of 6 adults. It is everything we expected and more. Great location to everywhere we went, from beaches to the many sightseeing trips we did. This place is truly a home away from home. Mei is very helpful and replies quickly. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit and will surely get our 5 star recommendation to friends.

Comfortable and Easy

We had a great time on the Big Island of Hawaii and enjoyed this comfortable home. Mei was very gracious and responsive to emails or phone calls. It was great to come back from our days of site seeing to such a well decorated and spacious home. The only drawback was that the back of the home where the bedrooms are located is next to a very busy street in the Village of Waikoloa. Traffic started pretty early in the morning so it was a bit of challenge but we needed to get up early to start our adventures!
