Great Property!

Stayed at the property for 12 weeks while on business in Calgary. It is nicely located within a few short blocks of the "Core" area and about a 10 minute commute by car to "trendy" 17th Ave. The property is very well maintained, has everything that you will need for a short visit or a longer stay, free parking (a huge plus in Calgary) and is very reasonably priced compared to anything else in the area. The owner was FABULOUS and always respectful of my privacy. She responded almost instantly to my requests or concerns. The property would be an outstanding choice for an individual or couple looking to enjoy the city or needing comfortable lodging while on business.

Excellent property, Excellent location

The unit was everything and more. Great space, comfortable furniture, huge balcony with gas grill and a very nice kitchen. Being able to leave the car parked and walk almost everywhere was wonderful.

Working with the owner was prompt and easy. Calgary is a city to visit and this rental made it feel like home. Thank you!

Nice stay, convenient location

I was in Calgary for work and found that this condo met all of my needs for the week. It's in a great location -- right near the waterfront, C-train and downtown. It was fairly small, but I hardly spent anytime in the condo itself anyway, so that didn't matter much to me. A little pricey, but I happened to be there during Stampede week. Owner helpful and accessible throughout my stay.

Clean, bright, well situated.

The apartment was perfectly situated for our needs. The building was very secure and the concierges were always there and helpful with our questions. The owner called the day we checked in to make sure everything was alright and to answer any questions. She also told us once again, to call her if we needed anything.

The balcony was immense, as advertised, it was just unfortunate that the weather was too cool to sit out and enjoy it. The apartment was well furnished. The only thing I would add would be more glassware and a couple more cups.

We will definitely stay there again the next time we're in Calgary.

Never have I felt so welcome!

First I would like to thank Romania and here husband for their thoughtfulness and generosity. Before I even arrived to Calgary they made sure I felt welcome in their "home". The condo itself is contemporary, well appointed and set-up for a single individual or a couple. My stay was two weeks and during that time I had everything I needed to feel right at home. The location of the condo is beautiful. walking distance to downtown and beautiful trails along the river. It was not quite patio weather so I was not able to take advantage of the large private outdoor space, but will certainly do that on my next stay. If you are in Calgary and looking for a space that feels like a contemporary loft with privacy and amazing hosts...then this is it!
