Head down to the Beach for a day of sun and surf, or stay home in full luxury. Brand new outdoor pool will be completed by the 27th of June! 2-car private parking for your convenience, with additional on-street parking available. Non-smoking. No pets, please. Please note that this property does not have an elevator.
This property is only available for a weekly rental with a Saturday check-in dates and FlexStay (check-in any day of the week - 3 or 4 night minimum) during the off-season. Please call and speak with a Vacation Coordinator to confirm when the off-season begins for this property.
PLEASE NOTE: Our properties do not allow group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.

Overall location and size of the property was very good. Upon arrival to OC I couldn't get the keys because management couldn't communicate with the cleaning service. After we got to the property the linen people were there and asked us to come back in 20 minutes. We were tired of waiting so we didn't leave. Once inside we noticed that the place hadn't been cleaned very well. Floors and dishes in the cabinets were dirty and one of our children stepped on broken glass on the carpeted stairway. We noticed we were missing the comforter From one of our master suites. We asked the linen service where it was but She said they couldn't find it and there was nothing they could do. I called the emergency line about it and they said they would replace it. It wasn't until 3 days later they brought a small throw blanket that they ran to Walmart to get. I paid extra for a subpar linen service. Very unacceptable and disappointing. Honestly I should be refunded. Communication was horrible.
