Head down to the beach for a day of sun and surf (2 blocks) or stay home to swim in Broad Marsh's outdoor pool (open seasonally) or relax poolside on the sun deck. Grab a bite to eat at one of the many delectable restaurants, cafes & bars in this part of town such as Dough Roller, The Bonfire, Touch of Italy, and Skye Bar. Plus, just a block away is the new 67th Street Town Center, which opened in 2013 and is home to many great shops and cafes, like Ron Jon Surf Shop, Sweet Frog, Kite Loft and more. Stuck with a rainy day? Head down to Old Pro Golf for a round of indoor putt-putt and arcade games. Broad Marsh is less than 1/2-mile from the 60th St. Bridge and just a 10-15 minute drive or bus ride from the Ocean City Boardwalk.
This property is only available for a weekly rental with a Saturday check-in dates and FlexStay (check-in any day of the week - 3 or 4 night minimum) during the off-season.

Good size and location. Horrible communication and dirty. Linen service is a waste.
Overall location and size of the property was very good. Upon arrival to OC I couldn't get the keys because management couldn't communicate with the cleaning service. After we got to the property the linen people were there and asked us to come back in 20 minutes. We were tired of waiting so we didn't leave. Once inside we noticed that the place hadn't been cleaned very well. Floors and dishes in the cabinets were dirty and one of our children stepped on broken glass on the carpeted stairway. We noticed we were missing the comforter From one of our master suites. We asked the linen service where it was but She said they couldn't find it and there was nothing they could do. I called the emergency line about it and they said they would replace it. It wasn't until 3 days later they brought a small throw blanket that they ran to Walmart to get. I paid extra for a subpar linen service. Very unacceptable and disappointing. Honestly I should be refunded. Communication was horrible.

Just mention this to the reservationist when booking. We would also like to inform that in response to this Vantage is scheduling a deep cleaning to the grout and cabinets inside and out. We will also have a Quality Assure representative spending some time on a thorough walk through to assure the home is at our usual 5 star caliber for future guests.
