SIX REASONS TO RENT THIS CONDO
It's clean. It's something simple that makes a BIG difference. We encourage you to read reviews left by our guests and notice how often they comment on the cleanliness of our unit. You should start your vacation in a home that is clean.
IT IS UPDATED. The mattresses, carpet, stove, dishwasher, TV, couch, living room chairs, ceiling fans, and sliding screen doors are all NEW as of 2016. There is wireless internet, and a landline phone in case your cell service is not good. There's a gas fireplace and extra blankets have been added. There are fans for the windows. Attention has been paid to many other details.
THE KITCHEN is stocked with pots, pans, spices, and cooking utensils. You won't have to waste your time (or money) running to the store to get something that would ordinarily be in YOUR kitchen. We thought of that, bought it, and it's already here.
To make your vacation planning easier, we provide menus to area restaurants and brochures to area attractions. Additionally, when you book your stay, you’ll receive an email with our e-Guide to the area. Attractions of all varieties, with distances from the condo, descriptions, and links to websites are included.

Off leash trail for dogs is a 2 minute walk away. If you are traveling with your four legged family member, the proximity of this trail is very nice. Owner will consider one dog per rental on a case by case basis. Please contact owner. Proof of flea and tick prevention is required.

Living room has 17 foot cathedral ceiling. 42 inch flat screen Smart HDTV telescopes & swivels to face the new sofa. Gas fireplace adds ambiance and takes away any chill in the air. There is wireless internet throughout the condo. Step through the slider onto the elevated deck and enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon cocktail. The master bedroom also has its own, private deck.
Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am.

Sheets, bath towels and clean blankets are provided. If you plan on using the swimming pools it is recommended that you bring additional towels. While the unit does not have a washer dryer, the main building in the resort can assist you with access to laundry machines, should you need them during your stay.
Family fun, outdoor enthusiast, history buff, adventure or thrill seeker- there's something for everybody. And that “get away from it all” and relax feeling- it's got that too!
My wife learned to ski at Loon Mountain and spent many fun filled summers here. I began coming to Loon in 2001 and I've been here every winter since then. Some of our best memories have been made in the White Mountains. Lincoln, NH and the surrounding area offer so much! We wanted to be sure we keep coming back year after year.
We had a great Columbus Weekend staying at this condo. Everything as noted on the website is true. Very clean and updated. It was perfect for our family of four plus small four legged friend to enjoy a weekend of hiking in the Whites and coming back to real nice place to relax. We have stayed in many properties within Loon Village and this was one of the nicest.
This condo is very nice - my husband and I have stayed at the Village of Loon a lot - this condo is very fresh and clean, well-located, and convenient. Best of all, the beds are really comfortable - and I am picky about mattresses! I loved the gas fireplace with the big flat screen above it. This owner makes entry very easy too - you get lots of directions and a number code for the door - I loved not worrying about a key. He also leaves a notebook with local attraction and restaurant info, which is very nice.
We ate at 2 local restaurants while in Lincoln - The Gypsy Café and the Common Man. The Gypsy Café has been our #1 for a long time, but this was a first visit to the Common Man, and we will go there again next time too.

From extra quilts in the closet, to thoughtful labelling of switches for lighting and fireplace, to all the dishes, pots and pans you'd need to be comfortable in a home-away-from-home. An easy walk across to Loon Mt, where we were attending the Highland Games, and a five minute drive to numerous restaurants, grocery and other shops. I can't say enough good things about our stay here, and we'd definitely choose it again for a future stay.

Phil's townhouse is in great shape, very clean, nice location. We stayed over Labor Day weekend with our dog and had a really nice time. We found everything we needed and were very comfortable. I would definitely stay at Phil's townhouse again in the future if we travel to the White Mountains!
We try to go to Lincoln, New Hampshire every summer, as we find the scenery breathtaking, the weather a welcome change from New York, and a relaxing pace. It's the perfect destination to take a break from the fast-paced, noisy, hustle and bustle of a big city, and we always choose to stay in the Village of Loon. This was our first time in this property, and it did not disappoint! The condo was exceptionally clean, well maintained, comfortable, and had all the amenities necessary for an extended stay. The owner was always available if we had any questions. He also provided excellent directions to the condo (much more direct than our navigation)! We would gladly recommend this property to one and all!
There's an incredible amount of activities to do in the area. I provided brochures, an e-guide, and directions to where you can find even more information. Rain or shine, there is always something to do!
