Please note, we are not able to accommodate any weddings or large events at the house.
Our stay at the Jungle Shores house was on point. The reviews pretty much sum up everything. The house was centrally located to most everything in the Tampa area. If there was a down side it would have been not having the heat for the hot tub after long days filled with activities.
We enjoyed fishing on the dock and chatting with friends. The house is pretty sound proof so the loud noise periods is pretty easy to abide by unless you have just an obnoxious group.
I would definitely rent the location again.
I really cannot describe how pleasant our stay was.
The view from the windows and doors in the master bedroom was so beautiful, you know we had perfect weather.
And the walk in closet, well I didn't want to come home!
The kitchen dining room and family room are amazing and accommodate for family get togethers.
The home and pool are very well maintained.
But the fond memories and the love of our family will remain on your beautiful home!
We returned to this gorgeous property because the home was so enjoyable and accommodating the first time! It certainly exceeded our expectations again!
The home is well equipped and spacious. The views are spectacular and the wildlife is abundant. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and various species of birds. But the real show stoppers are the manatees. We saw them nightly and had a close encounter with one that swam around the dock and put on a private showing for us!
Be sure to take time to watch the sunsets! They are breathtaking!
We used this home (better described as a small gated estate) as lodgings during a nearby technical conference. 4 adults used the upstairs rooms while a family stayed downstairs. The teenagers were thrilled with the kayaks and pool, while the adults enjoyed the sunsets and luxury. Everyone was very comfortable, with the gated driveway and privacy vastly better than the usual hassles of Florida vacations; fighting crowds, worrying about your car, etc. Everyone used the Tampa airport, and finding the house was easy. The Wifi and TV's worked great. We saw manatees swim under the dock, and we could have spent hours watching the fish, dolphins and sea birds. It was hard to leave.
Enjoyed a great family holiday at this villa. Lots to keep you entertained, from swimming in the pool, relaxing in the hot tub and watching the sunset from the jetty. Felt very much at home here and found it difficult to leave! Would happily return and would recommend to family and friends.
The house was perfect for 8 adults. We had room to spread out and lots of amenities to enjoy at the house. The notes we received were that the house was in a neighborhood so quiet time should be observed from 11 pm to 8 am which we understood and honored. However the kids got involved in a pool volleyball game at 3 in the afternoon and yes it got loud but it was not within the quiet time hours. Apparently quiet time needs to be expanded to all day because an iTrip person came to the house and asked the kids to stop. If you want no noise then we should have known that up front. If you are willing to have a quiet vacation, you will enjoy this property. If you want to talk above a few decibels find another rental.
