The condo was completely redone not long ago. Renovation included kitchen cabinets with granite as well as granite in bathrooms.. Wall to wall laminate or tiles. No carpet. Fresh paint. BRAND NEW DOORS and front-door were added in June 2015.
All appliances-- W/D, Dishwasher, oven, fridge available. Fridge replaced last year.
Master has queen size bed with memory foam mattress.
Second bedroom has a leather sleeper that converts from a sofa into a 3/4 double bed (79' x 49') or a chaise. The living room has another sleeper , which can becomes a 80' x 46' bed (between a single and full-size bed). Pls note sleeping space provided is for 3-4 people between all sleepers. A person can also sleep on the second sofa on the living. So depending on size of adult/child, sleeping space is for 4-6 persons.
Like new furniture and linen.
Internet and plus cable (ATT Family pack) provided. All utilities included.
Compound is very quiet and safe.
Condo is one flight of stairs up (2nd floor or 1st floor, one floor above ground).

Our goal is to make this a home experience for tenants, not a house-experience. Our homes are fully renovated, and include all amenities from blenders to washer-dryers. We work with a professional interior-designer who chooses everything from paint colors to furniture, accents and curtains. If there is ever a problem, we provide communication that is fast and efficient. For longer leases, I can provide references from previous tenants who have been more than happy.
This space was exactly what we needed - convenient location to I-45 and Baybrook Mall, priced appropriately, and property managers were incredibly prompt, attentive, very easy to work with. Master suite was spacious (great closet!) though the second bedroom had a more modest fold out couch/mattress (we never used it). Other pets in the complex so we didn't feel out of place with our dog. We'll consider it again for future trips!
Totally enjoyed our 5 week stay. Owners took care of all concerns promptly courteously. Be warned that the adjoining condos showers are extremely loud (they sound like they are in your bathroom) but nothing the landlords can control. Our only complaint was the comfort of the living room furniture. We rented a recliner as my husband has a bad back and the couch and chair were ok but the futon was just taking up room. Again, enjoyed visiting family in the area and would definately rent again!
This apartment turned out to be accurate according to the description, and was just what we needed while we stayed in the Houston area. It's simply furnished, but had everything we needed, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. The owners were also extremely easy to work with and we had no problems contacting them with any questions. Very good customer service, clean and well-maintained. Best for only four people.
