Condo, 2 Bedrooms & 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4)

Just miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway and located in Chetola Resort is this completely renovated condo. This unit not only looks good but it is also the perfect place especially if you have environmental allergies. The renovation of this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom mountain condo was completed December 2011. As part of the renovation we chose to install hardwood flooring and a dehumidifier in the furnace. New furniture is throughout and most importantly everything in the bedrooms is new! New bedroom furniture and new king size Serta pillow top mattresses. We also use hypo-allergenic pillows and 100% cotton linens. All detergent and cleaning supplies are fragrance free. All the linens in the condo are new, this means new pillows, sheets, towels, blankets and bedspreads. The bedrooms also have new area rugs.

You will want to relax in the living room after a day of enjoying the outdoors. We have a club chair and ottoman and new leather recliner along with a sofa. All are wonderful for watching tv after eating dinner that was cooked in the new kitchen. The gas fireplace is perfect for those cold winter nights.

Note: This is a first floor unit which enables you to access the outdoors via the sliding door in each room. Although it is on the first floor, you must go down one flight of stairs to reach the unit since it is built into a hill.

Please note we are not members of the Chetola Resort Fitness Center so you will not have access to the pool or gym.

A wonderful place. Will probably stay here again.

This is a wonderful condo and the grounds are beautiful. I enjoyed being on the ground floor and sitting on the patio in the evening with my family and a glass of wine. This was a great choice for a mountain getaway with my family. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future vacations.

Very clean, comfortable stay

Enjoyed staying at this newly renovated property. Everything was very clean, and the property was very quiet for our stay. Wifi was a problem for us as it really only worked in the den. That's the only minor issue we had. Thanks!!!
