In 2015 we decided to purchase a second home and rent it a few weeks during the season for others to enjoy. Like many professional couples nowadays, we work hard and play hard. Why Kathleen and Vicki chose Provincetown

There are 29 restaurants within walking distance of 480, direct water access to Cape Cod Bay for paddle boarding and kayaking enjoyment, miles of bike trails through the dunes at the Cape Cod National Seashore, world reknown Highland Links Golf Course at your avail and countless other daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal pleasures in which to indulge. 480 Commercial Street fit our spec of the 'perfect' location. We wanted easy access to all that downtown has to offer but also liked the fact that quiet and solitude abound at 480. Sometimes we vacation for fun and excitement sometimes for relaxation and serenity...we have found both.. and everything in between at 480. Art galleries, world class dining, clubs, shows, theater, movies, swimming, grilling on our private deck with bay views, cooking, library, kite flying, shopping, gyms, sand dunes, whale watching, museums, tall ships, farmers market, fishing, clamming, clubbing, bike riding, beach combing, Bay Lady sunset cruises...

What makes this condo unique

We love the location, size and charm of this condo. We thoroughly enjoyed remodeling it in the winter of 2015, making it a home we love to live in. We thoughtfully renovated this property to maximize enjoyment for a friends or family getaway or a romantic vacation for two. Our keypad door locks mean no keeping track of keys on vacation. It is easy to feel at home here. In spring and fall we open the windows to get a gentle bay breeze and captivating views of the fishing boats at MacMillan pier. We like to start our day with coffee on the deck, then a bike ride through the dunes & forest. A little later, time at the beach across the street to swim or paddle board in the bay. Maybe a drive to Mac's Seafood for lobster rolls for a picnic oceanside at Herring Cove or Race Point. An afternoon stroll through the East End galleries keeps us connected to the magical social vibe of the town. In the evening, it's time to head out for dinner and some shows, or people watching. Of course, we also love cooking in, firing up the grill for something delicious and entertaining our friends. This property location is ideal -minutes to town on foot, yet residential and quiet, enabling a lot of relaxation. It's hard to believe you are on Commercial Street....enough luxury to feel comfortable while retaining the distinct essence of beach living. The parking is definitely a big plus - ample room for two cars on the gated landscaped from the street. We can truly relax and enjoy our vacations, no keys no chasing parking spots!! IMPORTANT: When requesting to book please give us a thorough description of why you are coming to PTown, how many people are in your party including children if applicable and where you are coming from. This allows us to get a comfort level with your request so you don't get timed out and you lose your inquiry!

Great condo in perfect location.

This property worked perfectly for five of us - in three bedrooms with two baths. It was clean, well-equipped and well-located in the quiet east end, walking distance to a small grocery store, bike rental shop, and many of the wonderful restaurants in Provincetown. Our hosts gave us many recommendations for what to do and where to eat - we had a perfect vacation. Would definitely return.

Amazing condo, excellent location!

We had a great stay in Ptown at this amazing condo! It was in a great location- walking distance to downtown area and a bunch of restaurants. Everything we could possibly need was provided and the accommodations were great: clean, comfortable, and our home away from home! I am already recommending this place to friends and family and would absolutely come back for future stays!

Modern, well equipped, water view and easy walk to town.

The water view, lighting, size, photos, colors, kitchen /supplies and back porch with a grill are perfect for a week long getaway. The area was quiet even tho it was memorial day week and town was hopping. The walk to the center of town was reasonable with lots to look at along the way.

We had everything we needed. TV, WiFi , water and dryer too. Nothing was missing from this A1 condo.

Highly recommended by someone who travels frequently. A special thanks to the owners for thinking of everything.

A Peaceful Retreat

Our stay could not have been better! Sunshine, fresh air, and quiet nights all in a spacious and tastefully decorated home away from home. Close to the heart of the action yet always connected to the sea and the beach. Our hosts were gracious and this seaside home was not lacking for anything. We hope that we will have the opportunity to come back again soon!

IMPORTANT: We collect 1/2 rent plus full security ($1000) within 10 days of booking by personal, bank, cashier's or teller's check ONLY. Your balance in full (the other 1/2 rent) is due 30 DAYS prior to your arrival. Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed and all required payments have been received and cleared. We require a fully executed lease in hand to confirm reservations. Please note, this is a private home and relatively quiet neighborhood, as such, we discourage loud, rampant, excessive partying behaviors. When requesting to book please provide a very thorough description of your planned activities, description and number of guests, including children if applicable, and what brings you to PTown...(first time visiting, come every year, birthday, anniversary etc.) This will allow us to approve your request immediately so it does not get timed out by the booking system!

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
