Luxurious 5 Bedroom 4Bath Home Directly on the Water in Old Town Key West

This beautiful 5 bedroom 3500 sq ft town home is located directly on the water at Garrison Bight, with direct access to Florida Bay. 'The Commodore's Manor @ Paradise Harbor' (Formerly 'Paradise @ The Bight') has everything you'll need while you're in Key West: luxurious accommodations, a dramatic water view from every floor, a private pool, your own boat slip, even a 2 car garage. You'll have your own little world, but you'll also be walking distance from all the restaurants and attractions of Old Town.

THE LIVING AREA...

On the ground floor, you'll find the large 2 car garage and a covered dining area near the pool. You can take the stairs or the elevator to the first living level. As you enter, you'll be struck by the openness and light, with sunlight streaming in from the sliding window walls that open to the large porch. The living area has plenty of room for everyone, with a large high-definition TV and a queen sleep sofa for extra guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with the best appliances available and quite large, with plenty of room for the family chef (and kibitzers).

THE PRIVATE POOL AREA & PRIVATE BOAT SLIP...

Just a few steps from the back porch is the private pool, which is elevated for a better water view. You can also elect to have pool heat for $20 per day. There is an expansive patio and even a sheltered dining area. You can access the docks and your own private deep water boat slip via the back gate, which is lockable.

THE ACCOMMODATIONS...

The first bedroom is on the first level, with 2 twin beds and a private full bathroom. The second level can be reached by the elevator or stairs, and this is where you'll find the impressive master bedroom suite with king bed and a bathroom with Jacuzzi. The third bedroom is also on the second level, and has a queen bed and en suite bathroom. On the third level there are two more bedrooms: the fourth bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. The fifth bedroom has four twin beds! There is a full bathroom in the hall.

THE AMENITIES...

Central Heat and AC, Ceiling Fans throughout, Private Pool with available Pool Heat, Private gated & lushly landscaped yard with BBQ Grill, Washer/Dryer, 50' Flat screen TV in the living room, a 42' flat screen TV in the master suite, and TV's in the other four bedrooms., Cable TV throughout, DVD Players, Microwave, Blender, Toaster, Full Gourmet Appointed Kitchen, Linens and Towels provided. Daily or weekly housekeeping provided upon request. Wireless high-speed Internet access, private, gated off street parking for 2 cars. This property will accommodate up to 12 adults.

Nice property, well maintained

We actually stayed at the Captain's Annex, but were asked to write a review on a "similar property" and were given this one as a sample. The property itself was very clean and well maintained. There were four couples that shared the home and it worked out very well for our needs. It was far enough from Duval Street that it was very quiet, but an easy bike ride and/or walk so that we were close enough for our needs. I would recommend them again.

Amazing Stay at the Commodore's Manor

What a great place! We had 13 of us in town celebrating a 70th birthday and there was plenty of space to accommodate everyone. The layout of the house gives you space where you don't feel like you are on top of each other. We spent a lot of time out on the back deck and by the pool. We had 2 different chef's come in to make the week special and both chef's commented on how great the kitchen was. We rented bikes so that we could easily get back and forth from Duval Street and would absolutely do that again....it was easier than trying to park down by Duval. The 2 car garage was great as was the extra fridge in the garage. Shel was amazing and made sure our stay was top notch. I highly recommend this house and consider renting bikes (Eaton Bikes will drop off and pick up at the house) to explore the island.

Key West Race Week

This was our second year staying at the same property. It is a fantastic house. Close to the town and VERY comfortable! Shel took fantastic care of us making sure we had everything we needed. Looking forward to next year!

Beautiful outside view and fabulous interior space

The Commodore's Manor was a perfect fit for our group . The layout of the house made everyone's stay comfortable . The whole house was very very clean and well appointed for a vacation stay in Key West. Just like the description online.The open modern and bright layout had plenty of bathrooms and made for a super easy rental.We rent houses a few times a year and this home was one of the best. We especially loved hanging out in the pool and having the boat slip so close. Shel and Last Key Realty both provided excellent insight into the best of Key West. We used the restaurant guide that Shel gave us for dinner reservations and had incredible meals each night. You will probably need a golf cart or bike to get back and forth to town. We felt that this only adds to the charm of Key West.Happily we are looking forward to our return to Commodore's Manor.

Five stars!!

Amazing, clean, spacious, beautiful, Immaculate HOME!! It was so perfect for my Husband 50th Birthday!! The home slept 15 with room to spare, and the location is wonderful! Duval Street was only a short mile away on a bike or a walk highly recommend renting bikes. Shel was such a gem ... he is so helpful in making your stay the best . I love seeing someone truly love what they do and Shel is that guy , he had a list of recommendations of great restaurants around the island!! We look forward to returning to Key West and we all agreed we want to stay here again !! Thanks again Shel for everything!!! 😎
