'The Steamplant' building at 281 Trumbo Road, overlooking the Historic Seaport, is Key West's most exclusive and fashionable gated community and this luxurious home is the only condo available for vacation rental. All of this located at the Historic Seaport, just steps from Old Town's restaurants, theater, galleries and all that shopping on Duval Street.
***This home is available for lease by the month, in accordance with local ordinances strictly enforced by the City of Key West. The minimum lease is for 27 nights in February and for 29 nights during any other period.
THE LIVING AREA...
As you step out of the private elevator directly into your foyer, you’ll be struck by the modern stairs that seem to float up to the second level. There’s a powder room in the foyer as well. The living area boasts 10-foot ceilings and window walls on two sides and a large flat screen TV for evenings at home. In the kitchen, no expense has been spared to satisfy the most demanding chef, with state of the art appliances, custom cabinets and everything needed to prepare that memorable gourmet meal.
THE PRIVATE ROOFTOP TERRACE & POOL…
After dinner, you can take your elevator to the private roof terrace, with its commanding view of the Historic Seaport District. The pool is elevated, so you’ll be able enjoy those stunning views without leaving the water. The terrace is large enough to entertain, but if you need even more space, you’ll also have access to the community terrace.
The first bedroom is located on the main level, a king bed, a private balcony and an en-suite bathroom. You can take the elevator or those beautiful floating stairs to the second level, where you will find the first master bedroom, with a king bed, private balcony and large en-suite bathroom with two separate vanities, large shower and Jacuzzi tub. The second master bedroom is also on the second level, with king bed, private balcony and en-suite bathroom.

We love this condo, stayed 2 years in a row for a month, Beautiful unit with all the amenities, location is perfect. Tucked away yet walking distance to everything. Our contact Shel is amazing. He makes it his job for the guest to have a great time. We will return again next year hopefully!
Top o' The Town is our favorite rental property in Key West. It has everything anyone could want.....great location by the Seaport - quiet area but very close walking distance to restaurants, Duval and Mallory Square, large living spaces, top of the line appliances, plus everything needed for a comfortable stay. The sunsets from the rooftop are spectacular. The building is very secure and the private elevator offers convenience and privacy.
Shel, our guest services manager, has become like a member of our extended family. It is always a pleasure to have him greet us when we arrive. He makes us feel like we are "home". When any issue with the property comes up and even though Shel has many properties to manage, he makes us feel like we are his highest priority. Any problem is followed up on and is resolved as quickly as possible.

Once again we had the privilege to spend a month at the beautiful Top o the town! The condo is located in our favorite part of KW - the seaport! It is just a short walk to all our favorite bars and restaurants. Upon arrival we are greeted by our guest service manager- Shel. He does a fantastic job of making sure our stay is enjoyable!!! We love the privacy and security of the condo and can't wait til we get to return!!!!
Our stay at Top o’ The Town was fantastic!!!! The condo unit was one of the best units we have stayed in, during our many years of travel in the United States. The spacious, layout, appointments and security were paramount. I had some friends and family come to visit and they were blown away with everything about Top O’ The Town condo.
One of the highlights of our stay was Shel, he is the best. He met us at the condo and gave us a tour of the place and all of the amenities. He then offered to help us unload our luggage and transport them from the marina, which we had arrived on our boat. We had a service issue, called Shel and he had the in house maintenance man there almost immediately. The next day, he called to make sure everything was working properly. He also checked in during our month long stay to make sure everything was ok and if there was anything he could be of assistance with. He even took receipt of a package we had delivered and dropped it off at the condo. We appreciated everything Shel has done for us. I would highly recommend Top O’ The Town condo, Last Key Realty and Shel!
