1 bedroom Victorian in historic Alamo Square. The building is over 100 years old, but has been updated with all new modern amenities. My apartment is very clean and has a small deck in the back to enjoy coffee in the morning. The apartment is centrally located and walking distance to two of the most quaint districts in the city, Hayes Valley and Pacific Heights. Some of the most popular restaurants in the city including Zuni and Nopa are within walking distance too.
That place was as advertised, and the location was perfect for us. Everything was great, my only recommendation is that a king size bed would make the stay even better as there is room for a king size in the bedroom area.
I would happily stay here again.
As advertised the apartment was very clean, well stocked and spacious. Close to Hayes Valley and Divisdero. Owner was very helpful and accessible. Would recommend to anyone interested in getting to know the area like a local.
We stayed here from Sept 1st to 5th in 2016 and had a wonderful time. The house had a very distinct charm and was clean and tidy. We also enjoyed the neighbourhood as you feel like you're living like a local :) We were able to walk to several locations like the Castro district, the painted ladies, some coffee shops and a Safeway nearby where we picked up some groceries. Would absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in San Fran.
We could not have asked for a better place to stay in San Francisco! My best friend and I spent 5 nights in Callie's apartment, and were simply smitten with it. It's bigger that the photos suggest, and has both historical charm and modern freshness. There was not a speck of dust in the place, and it had everything we needed during our stay. The apartment is located just a few blocks from a good selection of shops and restaurants at the center of Hayes Valley. We didn't use much public transportation while in SF, but we did love that the apartment was a very quick Uber ride away from anywhere in the city. We didn't have an issue with street noise at night, as a couple of other reviewers have mentioned. Thank you, Callie, for sharing your gorgeous home with us. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!
I spent 3 days in this lovely flat. It is as comfortable and accessible as it is gorgeous! The kitchen is nicely equipped, the dining table is huge so it doubled as my workstation during my stay there, and the bedroom is very cozy. The location is great, within walking distance to points of interest and shops. Yoga Tree is just a 5 minute walk from the place and they have drop-in classes with mat rental, so my practice did not miss a beat. Very nice gourmet grocery shops nearby. Callie is very pleasant and attentive to work with.
We had a terrific time in San Fran. The location of the flat in Hayes Valley made it easy to get to wherever we wanted. The flat was a wonderful spot to return to after the day's adventure.

I do live here most of the year and I have a golden retriever. The apartment, including linens and furniture will be cleaned throughly before your stay and my dog will not be on the premise, but if you have allergies to dogs, it might be best you look for a place that isn't dog friendly.
