About Marc & Jacqueline Receveur
In a relaxed atmosphere, we'll give you a warm welcome, with a healthy sense of humor and we speak your language. In 2008 we started our tourist accommodation in Soubran and named it ‘Domaine la Fontaine’ after the century old well (la Fontaine) situated right next to our property. Here we offer five fully renovated guestrooms (B&B), each with their own bathroom and four comfortable, fully equipped gîtes (holiday homes).
Marc & Jacqueline Receveur purchased this Cottage in 2008
Why Marc & Jacqueline Receveur chose Soubran
Located at the edge of a small village in a peaceful area Domaine La Fontaine offers the ideal setting to enjoy the things that make life worthwhile. Our (heated) swimming pool, our terrace with an impressive view over a large valley and our renowned hospitality complete the optimal atmosphere. Domaine la Fontaine is located in a lovely area with lots to explore. Whether you like culture, the beach, you’re a gourmet or you like nature; there’s something for everyone. The Charente – Maritime is a beautiful and very diverse region, which has not yet been discovered by mass tourism. The people are pure, happy, cheerful, friendly and helpful. The open, yet hilly landscape invites you for a tour between the sprawling vineyards and sunflower fields on a sunny day, rest your lazy bones on a terrace somewhere at the ocean boulevard and have a fresh fish on your plate and a glass of cool white wine.
What makes this Cottage unique
