Stunning oceanfront views from the lanai, the sounds of the surf on the rocks, and the spirit of Aloha welcomes you to our home in Hawaii.

Sea Village is a beautiful oceanfront complex with well maintained gardens, swimming pool, hot tub, gas barbeques, parking, and access to snorkeling and scuba diving. We fell in love with the property on our first visit, and have recently made it our second home.

The condo includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, TV, VCR, DVD player, and stereo/CD. Open your lanai door and enjoy the ocean breeze. The town of Kailua (shopping, restaurants) is a short walk, as are beaches and the Ali'i Garden Marketplace.

We comply with all Hawaii taxation and transient accommodation rental rules. Hawaii registration identification # W53666141-01 has been updated to GE-053-524-4800 and TA-053-524-4800 as of December 2016.

We are a family of 4 who love Kailua Kona. We own a 1 BR unit in another complex, but we are so excited to offer a 2 BR in Sea Village as well.

We saw dolphins from the lanai, enjoyed the sounds of the ocean, made wonderful meals in the newly remodeled kitchen, played tennis on the court at the property, used the condo's boogie boards in the surf, and slept peacefully every night. Jon, the owner, was so helpful and very communicative throughout our stay. I have stayed at Sea Village several times before and this is the nicest unit that I have stayed in over the years. The condo was well equipped with beach umbrellas, beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards and beach towels. Sunsets from lanai were amazing

updated unit

The highlights of this unit for me were the updated kitchen with great appliances and the sounds of the surf from the deck which was right on the ocean. The condo did not have A/C which was a slight drawback, but air circulation was good with ceiling fans and open doors and windows. There was some traffic noise most nights and noise from the unit above ours' on the last day when a noisy family moved in. Other units were in close proximity and conversations could be heard from another unit nearby, but all was quiet by 10:00 PM as required. Additionally, the unit had a washer and dryer which was very convenient. We appreciated a few basic items being stocked so we did not have to run out immediately to buy things like toilet paper!

Owner's Response: We are glad that most of your experience was positive, but are sorry to hear that you had problems with noise during your stay. It is frustrating when other guests are loud or inconsiderate and don’t follow the house rules. Like most condos at Sea Village, we don’t yet have AC. However, that policy may change shortly. We plan to add it as soon as permitted and will update the VRBO listing with a status as soon as we have additional information to share.

This was our 7th trip to the Big Island and our first time at this home. We loved the unit, location, grounds, pool, patio and perfect views. The sound of the ocean waves lulled us to sleep at night and excited us in the morning. It was so peaceful. We enjoyed the lawn area just down the stairs, we did not bbq but we ate pizza down there one nite. The children (3 boys, ages 8, 5 &2) played and ran around a bit daily. It was perfect to have the space to do that.

While at the comfortable unit we enjoyed the patio a lot, (although the table took up too much space, so we moved it to the side and enjoyed the view) and we never closed the patio door or windows while home to enjoy the fresh air and sounds.

We had everything we needed, ice chest and beach supplies, full kitchen and even laundry and dish soap. The pool was so enjoyable, and all the seniors swimming and lounging enjoyed our boys.

The furnishings were comfortable, my husband made a foot rest for the big chair with the ice chest and the beds were very comfortable, the downside was leaving the bedroom windows open for air because you could hear the nieghbors and street noise until 10-11pm. So we left our bedroom doors open the hear the ocean.

The location was ideal. 2nd floor, closest to the parking, pool, bbq, town, beaches and the view of surfers every day. Also, easy access to get to the highway for drives.

We loved the home and we will definately stay here again. Jon was very effecient and a pleasure to work with. Thank you Jon.

This was a very well appointed condo, all the amenities and close to town. Loved being right on the water and everyone staying in the whole complex were very friendly! Lots of grilling and commraderie

Private lanai and nicely furnished

We stayed here for 2 weeks and were very happy with the location, the amenities and the comfort in the condo itself. It was really nice that when we were on the lanai you looked right at the ocean, with no one else right next to us, so there was a real sense of privacy. The condo is furnished very nicely, and we really appreciated having the beach chairs, the cooler, boogie boards, and other beach items there. The grounds are very well kept and the other guests/owners in the complex were friendly. This was our first trip to Hawaii and we would love to come back and stay here. I have already recommended the condo itself and the area to several friends.

I could prattle on but will not. Great location, great complex, great owners who responded to all queries promptly, fantastic condo and lanai with stellar views and ambiance. Even had daily dolphin shows!!
