Winter Texan wanna a bes!

This property is very nice. The court yard is kept clean and pretty. The location is excellent for walking on the beach or to several entertraining establishments. This owner worked very well with us and had everything we needed. We hope to get back to SPI again and would definitely consider this property.

Our stay at this condominium was perfect. It is clean and it had everything that we needed. We had our own parking space. It is a block away from the beach. We will be back again.

Good location, well stocked kitchen

The apartment was pretty clean, although you could find spots that need improvement. Good A/C in the living room, but in the rooms the A/C is weak, so you have to keep the bedroom doors open. The kitchen is well stocked with all necessary ustensiles. Area was quiet with the exception of one night when some people partied at the pool until late in the night

Very nice place, super responsable owner.

The place was very nice and clean, the kitchen have everything you need. But the best was the owner service, we arrives to the apartment at night and the internet service was down, I send an email to the owner (Boris) and he resolve the problem with AT&T, and he send me an email back the same night (it was like 10pm) , he was very fast and professional. In the morning we have internet service, thanks for that.

You have an stripes in the corner and a restaurant bar in a 1/2 block. Recomendable.

Great Condo - Convenient to the beach

My family of 4 was able to relax quite comfortably in this condo near the beach. We loved spending the evenings in the pool too. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk away.

Perfect Location between beach access and convenience store. Great Value!

Great location! Just one half block away from beach access, chair and umbrella rental station, and the Wanna Wanna Bar & Grill. One half block from large convenience store for morning coffee and fresh homemade breakfast burritos made while you watch, as well as anything else you may need for the day or your stay. Condo was clean and well maintained, but could certainly use some fresh towels. They were thin, well worn and skimpy in size and amount. A few scatter rugs between beds and in front of sinks would be welcome also, considering the amount of fine sand that creeps in at this beach property. I, as mom, slept in one of the twin beds so my daughter and boyfriend could have large master bedroom and it was likely a good thing, as the mattress in that room is hard as a concrete slab. They joked that the beautiful new hardwood floors would be softer and more comfortable! That said, a few inexpensive upgrades, like towels and rugs in this unit would be welcomed and would make a huge difference in guest impression and comfort. Still gave the property a 5 star rating as it had all we needed and the location factor was huge. I also think it was a well priced value. We never used pool, but it looked wonderful from our balcony. Washer and dryer was a godsend, even for such a short stay. If we ever go back to Padre, this location will be at the top of our list.
