Located in the heart of Tulsa, this home is perfect for a peaceful retreat for the entire family. Our home sits on 1 acre and is full of mature trees with a fenced in backyard. Outdoor dogs are welcome, but no cats. Centrally located in Tulsa, the house sits near Expo Square, Promenade Mall, the OU, TU and ORU campuses, the Osage Casino, Southern Hill Country club, LaFortune Park and Philbrook Museum. We sit equal distance from St.Johns and St. Francis hospitals, and are close to other museums, casinos and shopping areas. Tulsa's beautiful downtown (BOK Center, PAC, Blue Dome district, Tulsa Drillers, Courthouse), other golf courses, the Jenks Aquarium and river walk, and the Cancer Treatment Center of America are less than 20 minutes away.
Fix some meals in the spacious kitchen, relax on sofas and comfortable chairs, and spend quality family time playing board games, cards, ping pong or foosball. Invite friends and relatives over for a formal meal in the dining room. There is a king size bed in the master, a queen bed in one bedroom, full in third and a bunk and twins in the fourth. The big screen TV with cable will give time for a movie at home while burgers are cooked on the grill out back.
The large back yard will give the kids plenty of places to play and parents areas to walk in the serenity of Oklahoma nature.

David and Marianne are both educators and spend time with their 4 children and many pets. Soccer and volleyball were major parts of our lives. We are both natives of Tulsa and enjoy sharing our homes with friends, family and travelers.
David Brown purchased this house in 2011
Our families have lived in Tulsa for over 100 years. This city is economically stable and open to new ideas and growth. The Expo Square/fairgrounds and renovated downtown have activities occurring weekly.
Walk the neighborhood, relax on the back deck, and enjoy all the comforts of home. This fully furnished home has a complete kitchen for stay at home meals.
We came to town from 3 different states to run a Tough Mudder! We wanted a place that would be big enough for everyone to spread out a little bit but also let us be able to spend some time together without having to be in a hotel lobby. This house was perfect! The bedrooms and bathrooms allowed couples and singles to stay without a problem and the living room dining room combo was awesome! The appliances were all new and worked wonderfully! David and Marianne both stopped by to introduce themselves and they brought us a starter pack of eggs, juice, and milk... AND, fresh baked cookies! They also made sure we knew of the Mayfest that was happening in Tulsa! It was so nice to feel so at home in a house that we had never been to before. Everyone loved staying together and being able to hang out and laugh and eat and relax. It was close to the highway and in a really nice neighborhood! I also appreciate that David was really on top of helping me with the reservation and responded very fast to anything I needed (Im a little bit OCD when it comes to planning). Overall this experience was awesome and we hope to return to just hang out in Tulsa sometime when we arent running!!! Thanks for everything
The location of the house was great for our activities, the space of the rooms worked very well for our family, the house was well furnished for cooking our meals, and the Brown's were gracious hosts. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your house.
We needed space for 6 kids, and everyone had their own bed. The owner was easy to work with, contacting us about our arrival. Fresh baked cookies were in the counter when we arrived. The house reminded me of my grandma's (a good thing). It was clean with a great back yard for the kids to run in. I would consider renting it again.
Very nice hosts, we arrive to freshly baked cookies and milk. Our host came to make sure everything was ok and working. The house was perfect for us and with the lay out no one was in anyone's way. We had internet and T.V. provided by the host plus it was very nice and close to everything. The neighborhood is beautiful and quite, it was a great option to a hotel. Thank you!
From the high speed Internet to the gas and charcoal grill, foosball table, ping pong table, amazing back yard this place was perfect. Natural gas stove, extremely comfortable bed, old school wood all through out the house great neighborhood. Close to stores and restaurants. If this place had a pool I might have put an offer in on the house it was that wonderful.
We were coming to Tulsa for our son's wedding to a lovely Oklahoma gal, and found this place. It was the perfect home for ourselves, our other son, two daughters, their spouses + 4 children among them. The comfortable bedrooms were in a quiet wing; the backyard was a great play area (when it wasn’t too hot outdoors! - but the air conditioning worked wonderfully); kitchen was fully stocked; and, as noted - the owners had put breakfast "starters” in the fridge for us. As well, when we arrived, those wonderful chocolate-chip cookies were on the counter. We could not have asked for more. ...The newlyweds are moving to Toronto, Canada. But if we ever come back to Tulsa, we definitely want to "hang out" there.
Expo Square minutes away, Aquarium 20 minutes, Casinos 15 minutes and 20 minutes away, BOK event center 10-14 min drive.
