The picture doesn't do it justice

This house was really great. Light airy spacious living area inside and out. We really loved the outside covered patio with 2 tables and chairs, glider and huge hammock. Multiple ceiling fans. Cute rope lighting. Pretty landscaping. Lots of games, boogie boards. Beach was next street over. Golf cart was fun. Close to Charleston to run in and have supper and explore. Lots of restaurants on the island. We really liked Sea Biscuit. Bring shampoo and bath soap and your own pillows as theirs are not great. Only down side other than one bath is the beds aren't the greatest and furniture is a little shabby but functional. Sprinklers came on in middle of night hitting bedroom window. Would give it 4.5 stars if I could.

IOP first iTrip vacay

Not exactly as advertised, however after a rocky start we ended up having a great time. The manager went above and beyond most, to accommodate us, and make things right.

Owner's Response: Regina, you reserved a DOG FRIENDLY home (even though you were concerned for your son's dog allergy), and brought a dog (even though you didn't pay our $150 Dog Fee because you would "not be bringing a dog"). We tried to accommodate you by cleaning the unit Twice (as you found hair on a bed skirt), & not back-charging you for your dog. We took the extra step to install top-of-the-line hypo-allergenic filters for you (as we change filters monthly). Our Pictures, Descriptions, and Calendar are all true and updated real-time. So, we returned your cleaning fee, and didn't charge for a dog - over $315 that you didn't have to pay. Hope we have a chance to try again and earn a 5-star review! - iTrip Vacations - Charleston East

Great Visit!

We booked 3700 Cameron very last minute and were very grateful to the house management company for accommodating us so quickly! They had the property cleaned and available to us so we coukld even check in early. The space is bigger in person, the house is super close to the beach and having the golf cart included made everything fun!! We will definitely be back and are happy to recommend this spot to friends!

Nice rental

We were able to book this home at short notice because we needed a place to stay when we came for a memorial service.

It was clean and well supplied. Just wished it had another bathroom. Having the golf cart was an added bonus. The appliances were nuce.

Great place to stay for family of 6 + pooch!

We had a great time during our stay. The house was very clean and had absolutely everything a family could need - golf cart, beach toys, bikes, board games, all basic kitchen items, Wii/X-box, 2 large TVs, and a fairly open floor plan, with a couple of tables and plenty of seating. Also a covered porch/patio in the back was nice to sit and have coffee or a drink. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 (I'd have given it 4.5 if that was possible) is the single bathroom is small and narrow - but we certainly made do without much trouble. The location is great - a short walk (and even shorter golf cart ride) to a fantastic playground, public tennis courts and fields, and a great dog park. The beach was a short walk, albeit across 1 busy road. Cars, however, were generally good about stopping for pedestrians. Also - taking the pooch to the beach was not an issue at all - just make sure you have a leash. We had a great time and would most definitely recommend staying here.
