Private Secluded Town Home On Cul-De-Sac Overlooking 5th Tee Box At Coral Canyon


There are patio and upper deck views overlooking the Coral Canyon Golf Course 5th tee box with surrounding beautiful red rock mountains and valleys of the St. George area with breathtaking views during the day and amazing star gazing at night. Have a barbecue on the back patio as you enjoy the beautiful, relaxing scenery.

Coral Ridge is located on the border of the cities of Washington and Hurricane on the North end of Telegraph Road just one mile off of I-15. It is situated among the red rock hills north-east of the St. George area but isolated from the crowds and still within a 10 minute drive to access the amenities that St. George has to offer.

The community has two beautiful 88 degree pools with hot tubs and putting green which are a short 3 minute walk away from the townhome. We provide pool towels for your use. For those with small children there are shallow wading areas for them.

The Coral Canyon Golf Course is a year round 7,029-yard 18 hole par-72 course and is a beautiful, fun course with scenic vistas and isolation from the surrounding cities. Significant golf discounts are available for the St. George area and we will provide you the details if you are interested.

The townhome is a new (2015) 2538 sq. ft. unique duplex with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The main floor has a master suite with a king bed and direct access to the outdoor patio. The second floor has 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. The second is a dual queen room with a deck and large walk-in closet that can double as a crib room. One pack-and-play is provided. The third room has a queen and a full sofa bed with a large upper deck overlooking the golf course. The deck has a full size futon and table and chairs.

Upgrades include: granite counter tops throughout, tile showers, tile floors, carpet, window coverings, upgraded appliances, new large capacity stainless washer and dryer with laundry soap available for guests. Gas fireplace in great room and beautiful picture windows with awesome view overlooking the Coral Canyon golf course.

Beautiful kitchen well stocked with all needed cooking supplies, dishes and eating utensils. Small appliances include, toaster, crockpot, coffee maker, blender and griddle.

The kitchen has seating for 8 around a large kitchen table with 4 bar stools at the counter and a childs high chair.

Outdoor gas barbecue on patio with table and seating for 6.

Free high speed Internet. Great room has a 55 inch LED/LCD Smart LG TV with HD cable. Two bedrooms with 50 inch Smart TVs with HD cable. All TVs have DVD/Bluray players and are capable of Netflix, Hulu and YouTube connections.

All linens provided including pool towels.

Two car garage with available parking on the driveway and next to the townhome.

Easy access from the townhome to hiking and biking trails. A short walk to the private swimming pools and hot tubs, putting green, community fishing and duck pond.

About Marilyn Bitner

We are both native Utahns but have spent much of our life traveling the world with the US Air Force and raising our six children. We returned to Utah to be near family and enjoy the great outdoors including camping, hiking, boating and fishing. Twenty years ago we began traveling monthly to the St George area for work and fell in love with the Southern Utah climate and scenery.

We have always wanted to spend more time in the St. George area and when this beautiful community became available we decided to build this townhome. This allows the opportunity to enjoy the location with our family and share it with others.

We chose this property because of the beautiful views overlooking the Coral Canyon Golf Course and the quiet serenity of the secluded location. It is a great community for family gatherings with the community activities, golfing excursions with friends and family and spending time in the natural beauty of the St. George area.

Beautiful Condo on the 5th Tee Box.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo in March 2017. The view from the family room was breathtaking. We sat for a while just watching golfers tee off. The patio was nice and grilled one night. The accommodations were pleasant. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to work in. The bedrooms were roomy and bathrooms were nice. The owners were easy to work with and quick to respond to requests. We look forward to staying again.

Outdoor activities is the theme for the St. George area with generally good weather year round, however, you can find anything from shopping to live theater to fine dining and everything in-between. Most of the outdoor activities have no or minimal cost and generally are suitable for families of all ages. Zion's National Park, Sand Hollow State Park, Snow Canyon State Park and Quail Creek reservoir are just a few of the many outdoor activities. Hiking, biking, 4-wheeling, motorcycling are all within a short distance to the secluded townhouse community.
