Everything is New! Although our property might be slightly more expensive to rent than others, you will immediately notice a big difference why. You truly get what you pay for in life. We are constantly upgrading and improving our rentals. Charging a little bit more allows us to reinvest in our property and purchase better amenities.

Pet Allergies? No Worries! We Never allow pets into our properties. No pet dander, no fur, no odors, no allergies.

This Rental has a many brand new features such has brand new Master Bedroom furniture (Bed/headboard/footboard with a high end Premium Mattress and Box-Spring, Dresser, and End-tables. A Brand New Refrigerator/Freezer, Brand New Microwave, new floors, new front door, renovated garage/carport.

So if you are looking for an enjoyable time in a clean upgraded rental property then you might not mind spending just a little more.

We do not rent to groups under 25 years of age - No Pets - No Smoking. There are no exceptions; we are very strict about these policies. We cater to Families and mist of our Renters return year after year.

Beach/Boardwalk Block: You are only steps away from the beach and the boardwalk. We are located directly between both Morey's Amusement Piers. Dunkin Donuts is at the end of the street on the boardwalk.

Rooftop Deck: This dwelling is the only one on the entire block that has a rooftop deck. You are permitted to use the deck.

Balcony: there is also a balcony off the living room.

Fireworks: Every Friday Night in the summer the City performs a Fireworks extravaganza at the end of Pine Avenue. You will have the best seat in the house on the rooftop deck.

Master & 2nd Bedroom: Queen Beds, TV & DVD player.

3rd Bedroom: twin/full bunk bed, TV & PlayStation 2.

About Chris

Hi My name is Chris and I am the Property Manager. I personally ensure that every property is clean and meets my expectations. I upgrade every property on a yearly basis; from new paint, to new flooring, to new furniture, and new mattresses; this property has it all.

My Philosophy is that cheaper is not always better. We do charge just a little bit more than similar properties however we invest that money right back into the property and keep it current. We could easily do what most other owners do and that is keep the rates cheap but let the place fall apart but that is not our style.

We cater to a different clientele; our goal is to have guests return year after year because they have the confidence in knowing that we have the nicest property in the City of Wildwood. In fact, I would be willing to put any of our properties up against any other similar style/size property because I know we are second to none. We do not install builder's grade or cheap products; in fact from the mattresses to furniture, everything is top-shelf.

Great location!

We stayed here over Labor Day weekend and it was perfect. Just blocks from the beach and the center of the boardwalk, the house is clean, with great parking and with a nice balcony. It's the ideal spot for a week or long weekend at the shore.

Clean and comfortable

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean, spacious, and super comfortable. We had one rainy day that left us in the house most of the day. We had fun playing games and watching movies so it was actually a great day. We also had the bowling alley right around the corner. The location to the boardwalk was perfect and not to noisy at all.

I'm a very light sleeper and only during the early hours of the morning I could hear a lot of noise from the upstairs tenant. The rest of my family slept right through it. I was a little reluctant with all the fees that came with this rental but at the end of our stay I felt it was worth it.

We value our Guests and strive to obtain Repeat guests. We do charge slightly more than other properties however we invest virtually all of the fees into our properties and renovate each property at the end of every season; we pride ourselves on providing Premier Mattresses, stocked kitchens, and beautiful decorations and furnishings so our guests have a wonderful experience. You really do get what you pay for and our guests realize that from the moment they enter our properties because its a much different feeling than what many have previously experienced with other proprieties. Please feel free to reserve a week or two with us in 2018.

Beautiful

Beautiful, spacious, clean, and comfortable. Tons of closet space and dresses. Master bedroom has a nice size walk in closet. Storage closet had beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys for the kids. There is a small yard in the back with a grill for each unit and a table and chairs. Fantastic view of the beach and board walk from the roof top deck. There is also a balcony facing Pine St. Quiet street close to the beach and boardwalk. Owners were quick to respond to questions when making reservations. I will be recommending to family and friends!

Owner's Response: Toni I wanted to thank you for leaving such a nice review. The Beach Chairs, Boogie Boards, etc found in the Secured Outside Storage Closet is there for our guests to use; you can also secure your bicycles or other valuables inside the closet. Inside the Master Bedroom Walk-in closet there is plenty of space and extra blankets for your use. Approximately 75%-85% of our Guests are repeat guests and return year after year therefore please be sure to book a week or more in 2018 sooner than later because we already have four weeks booked for next year. Simply Breathtaking

From the time my family stepped foot into this rental property we knew we made the right decision. When we made the reservations we noticed this rental was slightly more money than other rentals but we decided to go with this one hoping it would be nicer than other less expensive ones. Now we know why and it was definitely worth the extra money. This rental property was super nice and super clean and new. The owner also let us use the outside storage closet so we could secure oour bicycles. There is an outside shower so my kids could rinse off after the beach. We did not have to fight the crowds during the Fireworks and instead went to the very big deck on the roof and could see everything. My teenage daugher and her girlfriend used the deck to sunbath and the views of the ocean were nice. we were so close to everything and we didn't mind the kids walking to the boardwalk since it was so close. Parking was on site and we even had room to park a 3rd car.

If you are considering Wildwood we would recommend this rental. Our only initial concern was that it was more money than other rentals but once we stayed here we did not mind spending a bit more for what we got. We stayed at less expensive places in the past and they were dirty and dated. Definitely worth the extra money!

Great Location & Fabulous Property

My wife and I celebrated our 15th year Anniversary in Wildwood and since we are from Canada we weren't familiar with the area. Looking online this property looked really nice but when we saw it in person it was even nicer. Its obvious that the owners invest a lot of time in the property. The location was centrally located to everything. We were able to walk to the beach and we were able to walk to the boardwalk and its only a few seconds walk to both. Inside the property it was very comfortable and very clean & neat. Now that we are familiar with the area and the property we will be coming back to this property with our three children in the Summer.

Owner's Response: Chris, you are correct in that we reinvest in our properties keeping them clean, fresh, and updated every year. We don't make any secret about the fact that we charge more than other rentals, not much but slightly more. The reason being is we like to keep our properties just as comfortable and clean or better as your home. Our properties are second to none and I am confident that if you put our property against another there would be no question that someone would see the difference; also the location is astounding. The street is literally in the heart of everything; directly between both amusement piers, one block from the beach, and walking distance to everything. Once you park your car you will never have to use it during the entire stay. Please Reserve your stay for next year sooner than later. Thanks for choosing to stay with us.
