La entrada conduce al huésped directamente al salón, una estancia diáfana y extraluminosa dividida en zona de estar y comedor. La cuidada decoración alía muebles actuales, piezas de anticuario y una bonita selección de textiles un mix and match ganador. A través de una puerta corredera de doble hoja se accede a una gran cocina de líneas modernas equipada al detalle.

La zona de descanso se independiza a través del pasillo y consta de tres espaciosos dormitorios dobles, cada uno de ellos con baño en suite y sistemas propios de climatización. El master bedroom cuenta con dos camas dobles, escritorio, mesillas y armario empotrado. La calle Mateos Gago, una de las más turísticas de la ciudad, es un encantador cruce de caminos entre el centro monumental y el barrio de Santa Cruz, y está salpicado de bares de tapas, casas palaciegas, edificios de interés histórico y arquitectónico y tablaos flamencos. A dos pasos, literales, de la Giralda y la Catedral y a cinco minutos de los Reales Alcázares y las calles comerciales del centro.

About Home at Homes

Home at Homes was created by two people: Karin Wallis, half English and half Swedish has lived most of her life in Madrid and Nono de Barco, 100% Sevillano down to the marrow, has lived in Seville all of his life. We created Home at Homes as we wish to do something different: take peoples charming homes and transform them into rentals, keeping the magic and charm the owners created when they built their home but at the same time making it comfortable and adequate for our clients such as giving them plenty of empty cupboard space, ensuring the only food in the fridge is the one of our welcome hamper and making sure everything is working correctly and is sparkling clean so that when you arrive, the property will feel like instant home to you too. There are no two properties alike, nor are there two guest exactly alike but we do trust we will have the right home for you.

The Apartment is situated on the emblemic street of Mateo Gago in the Barrio Santa Cruz, this area of the old quarter is made up of a maze of old narrow cobble-stoned streets, each one leading to a new part of the Barrio; restaurants, bars, and fabulous old houses some which have been recently restored make up the atmosphere of what many consider to be the nicest area of old Seville.

Adding to all that is the close proximity to the Cathedral, the Giralda and the Royal Alcazar (one of the oldest palaces in Europe that is still used by a Royal Family) all these wonderful and amazaing historic monuments are literally a few minutes' walk from the apartment. Walk a bit further and you are in the centre of commercial Seville, surounded by shops and of course more restaurants and bars, where you can sit out and enjoy a cold beer and a few tapas.

Spectacular!

We booked this apartment last minute and we were so pleasantly surprised. The apartment is much more than we expected in so far as location (perfect), comfort (perfect for 6 people) and decor (lovely and charming). It is centrally located in a beautiful building on one of the best streets in the historic town (a local told us so). From the small terrace you can see the cathedral down the street. There are several restaurants right downstairs and one is better than the next. We were greeted by the hosts who gave us all the information on the apartment, must-see attractions and eateries. A couple of stand-out restaurants: Azotea (right across the street) Casa Robles, Casa Roma (but really they are all very good). It's a beautiful apartment in a beautiful city. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely return.

Très satisfait. Je conseille sans hésiter.

Nous avons été très satisfait de l'appartement, très bien placé, très confortable, très agréable et critère capital pour nous très propre.

Seul détail, il manque peut-être un petit meuble de rangement dans la salle de bain du fond.

Bref, nous y avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette ville de Séville par ailleurs magnifique.

Je le recommande donc sans hésiter.
