The Best of the Best! Get the perfect location of the Sandy Shores resort and the most updated and well furnished unit in the building.
The condo has been completely renovated from top to bottom. New bathrooms, kitchen, furniture and carpet - everything is fresh and new for 2015.
With Johns Pass Village just outside the front of the building, and the warm, sugary sand of Madeira Beach just out the back, you can't beat the location and the value of this condo for your Florida vacation. The balcony faces Northwest, so you can relax in the evenings and get a perfect view of the Sunset over the Gulf of Mexico.
The Master bedroom of this beautiful unit is furnished with two Queen size beds, and leads to a private bathroom with new walk in shower. The second bedroom has two twin size beds, and is located for private access to the second bathroom with newly tiled bathtub/shower combination. The renovated kitchen has new stainless appliances and granite counter tops. The beautifully furnished living room is complete with large leather sofas and a large flat screen TV. There are Flat screen TV's in both bedrooms.
Everything has been finished with the touch of a fine craftsman. First class in every way.
Washer and dryer in the building, free WiFi, cable, and local and long distance telephone service. All linens, bath and beach towels provided.
We just got back from our trip yesterday. This condo is clean and everything is new and in wonderful shape. The location to John's Pass cannot be any better... you can walk to everything including shops and jet ski rentals, etc! Parking is under the building and covered. The property is clean and the pool fantastic! My only complaints are that the mattresses are all hard. If you like firm then they will be perfect for you unfortunately my husband is the only one that likes firm. My back hurt after 3 days on the queen, the king was a little softer. Kids complained about the twins. Also the mattress covers make you feel and sounds like every turn you make you are on your grandmother's plastic covered couch. Please seriously consider room darkening drapes in the Master Bdrm. At night, it lights up the room from outside building lights and in the morning the reflection from the building next door reflects the sun. We had a BAD lightening storm one night and it lit up the room like a Christmas Tree. The second bedroom was dark(kids loved that) and the drapes in the living room darkened the living/kitchen area, inadequate for the Master bedroom. The washer and dryer are in the outside hall. Make sure you bring a roll of quarters as it takes $1.50 a load for each the washer and dryer and there is no way to get change unless you go across the street to John's Pass to the change machine in the parking lot. Even with the things I was not thrilled with, we had a great vacation and would consider this rental again if the mattresses are different.
The place was great. The air was not working when we moved in and they had someone there in 20 minutes fixing it and it was never an issue after that. Great response! The location by John's Pass is awesome and so was the beach. The listing description and photos were accurate regarding the location, layout, and amenities. The parking was awesome for this unit in the shade and close to elevator/stairs. I would recommend this property to a friend or relative as my wife and 16 year-old daughter enjoyed all the shops. Everything is within walking distance!
The condo was beautiful and well maintained. I was afraid that the pool would be crowded, but was pleasantly surprised that most of the people spent the majority of the time on the beach. You can walk to John's Pass - several restaurants and shops to explore. We will definitely rent this location again.
Beautiful condo for family. perfect location. would rent from again. all questions were handled immediately. everything updated as described. Thank-you for letting us stay.
My family of 4 stayed at this condo for 4th of July last year (2015) and we had an excellent stay. When we first arrived, we noticed that the A/C was not working correctly. We called the local management company and someone was over to fix it within 15 minutes. Everything we needed was included with the condo including pans, utensils, dishes, and glasses. The furnishings were very nice and the beds were super comfy! We looked at many condos before deciding on this one and we are so glad we picked to stay here. The condo was super clean! The location is the best. The condo is directly across the street from John's Pass. This was a huge plus for us as we have 2 small children and this meant we weren't walking for miles to get to our destination with shops, restaurants, and games for the kids. We look forward to coming back this summer and staying at this condo again!
had a great time see you next year it was clean and nice if you have other rooms in the same place let me know we have 3 other groops that might be interested next year about the same time
