Nice house, updates needed
Nice house, but toilet was plugged as soon as we got there, could not use, so first day was spent working on that. No umbrella for outside table, I asked about this in May and was told by Kindlin Grover that we would get a pdf as we got closer...grill was filthy, outside furniture covered in pollen so bad could not sit on it til we wiped them, blood on one bedspread, no clothesline, spent more time cleaning the first 2 days then anything. Several doors were left unlocked when we arrived. Never could get onto much tv, could not figure out 1/2 the tv remotes since there were 4. Any questions you asked Kindlin Grover the reply was to "read the paperwork in its entirety, which we did, but needed some clarification on key return and umbrella for outside table. House way overpriced should not have had to clean so much, yard worker came during the stay and was moving our personal items on deck including flipping our bathing suits and towels on the line we put up on the deck
Sorry to hear that you didn’t enjoy your stay. However, if you had called the managing agent at Kinlin-Grover, someone would have been there in a matter of hours to address the issues of the toilet and grill and, if necessary, to send the cleaners back.
We provide Roku and a DVD player, along with Xfinity, so that guests can enjoy Amazon, Netflix and their own disks as well as cable. For those who may not be familiar with switching from source to source, we include easy-to-follow instructions in the Welcome booklet we created.
We provide a rack that may be used inside or out for drying clothes, towels, etc.
Our gardener spends a couple of hours each week mowing the grass and neatening the landscaping and deck. His day and time of arrival are noted both in the Welcome booklet and, prominently, on a list of essential information posted on the refrigerator.
