You're coming to Whistler for a vacation... what's more important than being right at the base of a Chairlift?
How about being right at the base of the Creekside Gondola, where you can upload with the locals and avoid the crowds first thing in the morning? How about also having a Starbucks right across the street? A grocery store? Liquor Store? A Cold Beer & Wine Store? And of course it wouldn't be a ski vacation without experiencing the apres ski scene.
You'll deserve a big meal and some drinks after a day on the mountain. Dusty's is the best apres ski bar in town, especially if you want some local flavour, great music and drink specials... and a sprawling patio with a fire in the middle of it for the sunny days. If you like the Dusty's atmosphere a little too much and end up with a few too many drinks in you, just crawl down one flight of stairs and you're HOME! The recently renovated Lake Placid Lodge has a beautiful hot tub with room for the whole family or all the buddies you've brought along with you, as well as a pleasantly heated pool and sauna, with a covered BBQ area just steps from our ground floor condo's door.
We have plenty of parking spaces in the secure underground parkade, and you'd be right across the street from Whistler world class transit bus stop that will take you into the bustling village area if you get sick of the 8 restaurants ranging from Subway, to Boston Pizza, to Whistler finest dining experience at the Rim Rock Cafe, all within a 1 - 10 minute walk. Whistler also has a great taxi service to shuttle you home from the village if you don't feel like hopping on the bus after enjoying some of the best nightlife in the world. It's about a 7 minute drive from Creekside and you will instantly get back into relaxation mode when you get back to the quieter end of town, and crawl into bed to get ready to wake up and do it all again!

I never want to leave Whistler and this is the first place I have been able to purchase, after having grown up in town and skied all over the world.
-the location is unbeatable: the exterior pic of the building and the shot of the gondola are taken from the same spot, I just pivoted!
-I'll be happy to provide some expert local knowledge for restaurants, my favorite ski runs, etc...
-you'll have 2 parking spots in the secure underground
-ground floor, right at the entrance makes for less walking in ski boots
-I will lend you my extra Oakley ski gear if you'd like
Upon arrival in Whistler we were contacted by Ashley who welcomed us and let us know when the condo would be ready. Her customer service was impressive. There were a couple of items that had to be attended to and a service man was available to repair immediately upon arrival. I appreciate great customer service!!! The condo had an industrial theme about it. We are taking some of those ideas home :) Enjoyed the spaciousness of the condo. It had a lot of amenities i.e. pool, hot tub bbq. The condo was close to ideal parking and a Starbucks. We were here for the Ironman and the location served us well.. We would stay here again.
We recently stayed here for a long weekend. The location was great- close to the Creekside Gondola, the Creekside Market, and the ski school.
The condo was well equipt with most things we needed for our stay. There was no extra toilet paper or paper towels as the cleaning crew forgot to replenish. Ashleigh quickly bought some and brought it over, along with another kitchen item we needed. The top rack of the dishwasher was broken which made it difficult to wash many things at once or close the door, however we made do. The unit was clean, although it appeared to not have been vacuumed recently as there were pine needles from the Xmas tree on the floor (tree had been moved to porch outside one of the bedrooms).
The pool and hot tub were a few steps away and nicely maintained. There were only four towels in the unit so I recommend bringing extra towels for the pool if you plan to swim and then shower. Furthermore, the unit did not have laundry in it, you needed to go into the basement to use the coin operated machines. This was slightly annoying since our ski stuff was so wet and needed help drying and we needed to reuse the same towels to shower after swimming.

We stayed over Christmas and our rental experience and stay was fantastic. The owner/manager went out of the way to help, including setting up and decorating a real Chrismas Tree.
The location may not exactly be ski-in/ski-out, but it's a short walk across the street. The unit is on the ground floor and could not be any closer to the entrance/exit.
I would highly recommend this property and owner.
Conveniently located right at the base of the Gondola in Whistler's Creekside, where the locals hang out and head up the mountain to avoid the crowds.
