A tennis court is located just three minutes down the road from the community and guests have full access to this court. Three (3) minutes from the property is the Coral Harbour Beach.
This island style Townhouse surrounded by two beautiful lakes, has 2 large bedrooms, fully furnished with complete bedroom sets, a full and a half (1 1/2) bathroom.
There is a large open concept living, dining and full kitchen. Kitchen is well equipped with Granite counter tops and island, seating for up to three, stainless steel refrigerator stove and microwave. Front load washer and dryer are also included.
A cozy wooden deck outfits the back of the townhouse.
The area is 7 mins way from the Lynden Pindling International Airport (LPIA).
Towels bed linens, kitchen utensils and dinnerware are also available.
Free and secure parking is a staple of this property.
Also included is the Free 24 hrs. high speed WIFI connection throughout the dwelling.

About Steve Jones
I'm a people person. I really enjoy meeting and working with a lot of different people. I'm efficient, highly organized, a perfectionists and a creative thinker. I enjoy solving problems. I have been living in Coral Harbor, Nassau Bahamas for the past Two (2) years. Originally from Tourist central Jamaica, I have been living in the Bahamas for Ten (10) years. Exposure to tourism and tourists, both in Jamaica and here in The Bahamas, have equipped me to treat my guests like royalties. The way I would love to be treated. I am married with child. My wife and I live and work within 14 minutes of our rental property. We take pride in our property and are responsive to any of our guests needs. Since we are local, we deal with our guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. We are always listening to our guests requests and do able abide by their legal desire. In the odd case that we are not here when you check in, be assure that we will make your stay worry free. We would love to host you, your family, your friends. I like travelling, can't wait to visit Brazil, Europe and the far east. I have enjoyed stays in a few Caribbean Island, I have managed to island hop a little bit here in The beautiful Bahamas. I have been to the most prominent tourism hot spots in Jamaica. I am calm, very serene with flavours of spontaneity. I am a gadget freak, my wife... not so much. I love and admire beauty in the world; in places; in people in and around me. I believe that beauty is skin deep and your true colours will outshine the camouflage. In 'The Secret Life Of Walter Mitty', Sean O'Connell states that 'Beautiful things don't ask for attention'.

The location and the beauty of this Townhouse is astonishing. To be able to come home from a bustling day of work and escape in the confine of a gated, secure community where the sound of the birds and other animals are very much audible. From the high ceiling, sound and hurricane proof windows, the hidden garbage bin, the deck and elegant driveway and walkway to the gourmet kitchen, equipped with Shak Cinnamon cabinets, Magic Glass Cafe back splash, Granite counter Tops and stainless steel kitchen appliances. This place is fit to be termed 'Paradise'. Who said you can't have your cake and eat it? Private Car available for renting.

Great sized house and very nice hosts. Good location but you will definitely need a car to get around. Some great places on the island to get coffee and snacks, had to find these on our own as guide books were outdated and there were no recommendations given. Kitchen was very sparsely furnished, we finally found a toaster on the last day. No spices/oils/coffee/tea etc for cooking to be found, but there was some left over pineapple rum in the freezer! Great whole foods like grocery store about 8 miles away. Watch the invoice the hosts sends as it it is very different than what VRBO quotes, hidden fees that were not explained. Overall a good stay.
Clean, spacious and safe! Would recommend but need your own car.
Yolanda Jones was a great hostess. We were left alone and felt if we needed anything, she (and Steve) were readily available. Also, they had coverage to get and drop off keys without any wait. Enjoy your stay with them in Nassau!
My Best Bahama Adventure
From the gated community, to the cleanliness of the property and the tranquility of the stay. This was simple the best. Everything in one vacation. The rest and relaxation to the access to nightlife.
Steve and Yolanda, We will be back. And our friends will know... Not the best kept secret anymore.

The Real Nassau
What a wonderful location to spend a relaxing holiday. The home was very inviting and clean, the managers where helpful and attentive. We enjoyed being away from the tourist area and liked walking to Coral Harbor beach. We did not rent a vehicle for this stay instead used Taxi's and the local buses to get around. We got to see the real Bahamas and met some wonderful people. The House had some great features, two phones one for local one for international calling, TV's in every room (if you need to fall asleep to them) and wireless internet to keep in touch with people back home. Thank you Steve and Yolanda for making us feel at home.
Home for a couple of days in Nassau
Nice place, cool, clean and the Managers were very nice. We got in late and to have help with directions, Managers took calls at a late hour and met us at the door, even offered to find us dinner. Close to the airport, within walking distance to a grocery store. Nice place.

Well worth the money
We were very satisfied with the service provided. As always, with an online booking, we were a bit apprehensive about what we were going to get. But Steve & Yolanda went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The premises are clean and very well maintained. We really are thankful to Steve for arranging a very good car rental for us when we couldn't get a good deal from the airport rentals. Here is a short summary of the pros & cons:
1. Great service & cleanliness - a very "homely" feel
2.Good Wi-Fi & TV - enough to keep the kids satisfied
3. Grocery store within walking distance
4. 24 hour security service - gives it a safe & secure feel.
1. You definitely will need a car to get to and from this place as this is a bit away from most of the major attractions.
In short, this place deserves a full 5 stars - we will definitely go back if we are visiting Bahamas again. Thank you Steve & Yolanda.

The beautiful Coral Harbour, resident to some of the most receptive and warmhearted people in The commonwealth of The Bahamas. Located also, a stone's throw away from the BahaMar Hotel, the one big disadvantage of visiting is your never satisfied with the time of stay, you want to stay longer. Everywhere is within driving distance. recreational, Restaurants and shops are walking distance away. A gas station is also located three (3) minutes from the community. Comfortably nestled in the south West end of the island, you get the warm rural feeling with the urban mixture. The Property is located in a gated community far away from everything but still very near to everything. Its serene atmosphere makes it ideal for all and sundry. Getting here Is Half The Fun! Guest have access to a children's Park, a basketball court within the premises and a tennis court 5 minutes away. Private Car available for renting.
