My family and I used this property after closing on our previous home and waiting on new home to finish. It has recently been remodeled and everything is brand new. It is in a nice location close to 99/ Grand Parkway which quickly connects to I-10. Zubair was very quick to respond to questions. The neighborhood is a family neighborhood- which was wonderful for my two oldest girls. The property has anything that may be needed during a stay.

Nice Home to stay at.

Stay December 23 – 27, 2016.

The VRBO is nicely located in Katy with the option of access via I-10 or other feeder roads. This gives you the option to get around Houston without having to use the Interstate or various toll roads. The home served our purpose of visiting with our daughter and family who live in the Houston area. Complete with 3 bedrooms, adequate Internet service, Cable service, and a large living room with plenty of room for us to enjoy our Christmas together. The kitchen and other areas are well stocked with mainly everything necessary to enjoy your stay and cook a special dinner for your family. Laundry supplies were also provided. The use of a 2 car garage provided off street parking which is always nice to have for loading and unloading luggage and supplies. It also offers additional security, although the neighbor hood is very quiet.

wonderful stay

The house was beautiful in a great neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay and the owner was helpful when we needed him and he checked to see if we needed anything and we were enjoying our stay. I would recommend this property and stay there again if ever in Houston.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here. The property is very well kept, and the manager Zubair is a wonderful person. He's timely, and very involved in ensuring your entire stay is great. Everything we could have needed for the week-plus stay we had there was provided. If i'm ever in the Houston area again, I will definitely stay here again with my entire family. It was really a Home away from home, pleasant experience. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone interested. Blessings!

Convenient place to stay

The home was in a perfect location for visiting family in Katy and Cypress. It is close to freeways and shopping. The house is newer and met our needs for a place to stay that was more convenient and less expensive than 3 rooms at a hotel in Katy Mills. The house is in an established neighborhood that is quiet and safe. Zubair was very responsive to our needs by phone, text and email. We had a few minor problems during our stay, and some suggestions that we informed him of. He responded quickly to our needs and said he will address all minor issues before the next tenants. We left the house in the same, or better shape, than we found it. I would consider staying here on another visit to Katy.
