About Brett Clifford

We are home builders from Atlanta, GA, USA. My wife has a staging business helping people prep their homes for sale.

Brett Clifford purchased this villa in 2014

Why Brett Clifford chose Noord

This is our third property in the Aruba and we loved that the architecture was inspired by the original Cunucu homes in Aruba. The neighborhood is very friendly and the colors of the homes are so much fun.

So happy we chose this property!

  • 5 of 5

Brett communicated with me very efficiently. I was scared to death I would arrive in Aruba and have been scammed and no place to stay! On the internet the house looks like a small simple cute house, but let me tell you....It was one of the nicest homes in Aruba!! It was spotless clean. The property manager met us there on schedule. The house was fully equipped just as Brett has it listed. The pool was an added bonus! We spent a lot of time under the palapa outside. Do not hesitate to book this property! I will be referring any of my friends that ask me about Aruba!

The perfect stay in Aruba!!

  • 5 of 5

We were two couples visiting Aruba for the first time, celebrating our wives 50th birthdays. We spent hours looking the perfect place to stay (hotels, all-inclusives, home rentals), and having arrived home last night I can report that we picked the perfect place!

This home was recently renovated to add a WONDERFUL pool and palapa/awning in the back. We used the pool everyday (and the provided floats!), lounged in the Tommy Bahama chairs (which you can fold and take with you to the beach!), and ate home-cooked meals under the palapa.

The air-conditioning in the bedrooms and main room worked perfectly, we used only at night and opened the windows if we were there during the day because the wonderfully consistent breeze was refreshing enough!

It was nice to have a full kitchen will all the amenities, nothing was missing at all. We cooked quite a few meals in home, cut down on the costs of eating out at restaurants all the time.

We made good use of their washer/dryer. In hindsight, we could have packed much lighter!

The location for us was perfect. In ~5 minutes , you could be to the high-rise area where many of the restaurants are, or in ~10 minutes you could be downtown.

Brett and Lavonne were VERY responsive throughout the entire process, and were very nice to reach out to us during our stay to make sure everything was fine.

I would HIGHLY recommend renting this home. We will definitely consider staying here again should we make our way back to Aruba in the future!

6 Awesome Friends- Where is Alice?

  • 5 of 5

When one thinks of vacation they think R& R at the beach. Well I can tell you that we were very lucky finding the Blue Breeze Villa, Brett & Lavonne were the best to work with and the house has every thing you can think you will need. We traveled with total of 3 couples had 3 bedroom house with a private pool. The phone to call home and TV were awesome. We went to 4 different beaches and loved each of them for different reasons (Snorkeling, calm waters, waves, not so crowded, ect.) We took in a lot of R&R but we also traveled the island. We grilled out several nights and played games on the rainy night. Us boys cooked breakfast for the girls in the very well equipped kitchen. We found that the All Around UTV Tour to be great $170 for 2 (4 1/2 hours) ask for 10 dollar discount. You really travel the island and see things vehicles can’t get to. We also took our rental vehicle (van) through the national park, went to the bats caves, explored reefs & waves not to mention just a great adventure to find your way out. We took different dirt roads everywhere. On are adventure we came across Rock Formation Restaurant (We had a great meal, BBQ our food on the table- great drinks). Drove to the top of a water tower where you can over look the island, went to ALTO Church, and Lighthouse, near the lighthouse you can drive on the dirt road by the golf course and we were able to find big waves. We went to several bar/restaurants on the ocean surrounded by water on three sides. Pelican Bar took care of my wife because it was her birthday- they were great and that started the trip off with a bang. We later discovered Bugaloe Bar/Restaurant. We hit it out of the park with this bar, happy hour & live entertainment (went twice we had so much fun). We danced- sang and drank to songs we all loved and learned a new one, Where the heck is ALICE. What can we say – It was a great time. We watched the packer game on the beach with New York Giant & Packer fans , needless to say they were sad and drunk when they left after the game. That was a party!! We walked across the street to bar and met HAN and the crew- we learned to play dominoes and Han set us up with different foods. We took a brewery tour of the local beer plant which was very interesting and good beer, went downtown a the only day it rained- good food, Mo the manager set us up with special meal that he recommended. Hit the casino (won some money) and girls hit the shops.

Super well maintain villa, very cute and with all the up grades. Perfect for families.

  • 5 of 5

This was our first time in Aruba, and we were looking for the whole experience, and this villa give us that and more. Lavonne and Brett, were very helpful and answer all our questions. The property manager Maria was wonderful and provide us with a lot of info about the island.

The villa was a little house, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, just perfect for our family of four, but could totally hold six guest. The kitchen was very functional and has everything you might need. Very comfy beds and all the gear for a perfect day at the beach, beach chairs, cooler and towels were there for us to use, and we did used them every day. Location wasn't bad at all, but you totally need a car to move around. We had a blast and are already planning our next trip to Aruba .

Many many thanks to Lavonne, Brett and Maria.
