Karen Cimini purchased this house in 1987
The land that we built this home on was passed down to me by my father. I lived here for 27 years and raised 5 children so it is a very special place to me.
The privacy of this property makes it very unique. If you are looking for a quiet place to spend a summer afternoon or a home base for exploring this spot has everything you need.
The home is very organized and clean; it's very close to the A.T. which we used for day hiking. The owner stays in touch and is helpful.
4 women stayed here for the weekend and found that the house met our needs for a comfortable and relaxing time. The beds were great and all of the equipment worked well. There were many things to do around Becket and lots of travel brochures available in the house to peruse. The house was well-stocked with movies and games to last the weekend and beyond. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Karen was very responsive to all inquiries and needs. Thanks!
We rented this home for a girls weekend and it was perfect. Karen left the outside and inside lights on as we arrived at night. The house is very well equipped, clean and spacious. Having two full baths was so nice. The 3 bedrooms were perfect. The kitchen was stocked with everything you will ever need. The furniture was comfortable and very clean. We are already planning on renting this home again. Karen was always available for any questions or concerns. We can't wait to go back!
We stayed in this house with our 6 children. Karen was a pleasure to deal with from the get-go; so accommodating! The house was beautiful and very clean. linen and towels were so soft and comfortable. It was so relaxing because it is so secluded and private. The pool was nice but very cold at this point in the season. The best part for my boys was the fire pit - they loved setting it up and of course the fire itself! The piano was so much fun and a novelty for my kids! I definitely recommend this house!
My friends and I (all around 30 years old) just got home from a wonderful vacation in Becket. The home is lovely, and the area is so beautiful and secluded. We spent our time relaxing on the front porch, swimming in the pool, going on hikes in the area, and just enjoying the scenery. The kitchen is very well-stocked, which allowed us to cook most meals instead of going out, and there are plenty of towels and other amenities available. Karen, the owner, was very helpful and in contact with us throughout our stay. We all loved staying here and highly recommend this property.
We had a great vacation in Becket. The owner, Karen Cimini, does a terrific job. She gets in touch immediately and is very helpful. The house is very well appointed and nicely decorated. The pool is a pleasure to use. The setting is the best: we saw wild turkeys and deer in the yard. I would definitely recommend staying there.
