2 Bedrooms, 1.5 Bath, Sleeps 4
Welcome Home. We have been renting our beach house for five years now. We have been fortunate to have steady renters that return year after year. Our unit is a two bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse on beautiful Flagler Beach. The unit sleeps 4 and has four balconies, two of which overlook the Atlantic Ocean. Whether its the great sunrises, sunsets or going to sleep to the sound of the ocean waves its a refreshing way to unwind and connect with nature.
With floor to ceiling glass sliding doors , you get great ocean views from the master bedroom, living, dining and kitchen.
Our unit includes covered parking, swimming pool, wireless internet, cable, HD TV and all the creature comforts of being home like washer dryer and clean new linens. We stay here as often as we can, so we provide an environment that feels like home and not just a generic rental property.

Wonderful Oceanfront Townhome
My wife and I spent a wonderfully relaxing vacation month of March at Henry and Leah`s pleasant townhome in Flagler Beach. We were so pleased we immediately reserved for our next years escape from winter in upstate New York. The home is clean, has all the essentials, is comfortably furnished and pleasantly decorated. The recently remodeled kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils needed. The highlight for us was the hypnotic ocean views. You can view the ocean from both levels inside the home through the large glass slider front walls. We also loved sunning , meals and cocktail hour on the spacious oceanfront balconies on both levels. Watching the dolphins cruise and play was a real treat. Having the second bedroom allowed for us to enjoy a week long visit from our daughter and son-in-law. Although the March weather was varied, we enjoyed many beach days sunning, swimming and walks with our dog Bailey. Daytona Bike week in March does spill over to Flagler Beach but most of the activity was in town center and tolerable. Loved the covered parking to keep your vehicle cool and the sidewalk in front stretches for miles North and South for excellent oceanfront walks and bike rides. The neighborhood behind the home, as is all of Flagler Beach, is safe and friendly. We love the City of Flagler Beach, one of the few "Old Florida" beachfront communities left with unspoiled beachfront. Henry was a text away for any questions and responded quickly. 5 stars for us!

What a very clean and cozy place to stay, relax and enjoy what Flagler Beach has to offer. The condo is perfectly located - enjoy a lovely ride up the coast to St. Augustine or head down A1A to Daytona for a day of shopping.
The condo is extremely clean, well stocked and modern upgrades throughout. The covered parking garage is nice too.
Communication with Henry, the owner is easy and inviting. And he does well to accommodate the guests. We will definitely be returning and I highly recommend this property.
Great Condo in Beautiful Flagler Beach
Wonderful condo with incredible ocean views, right on A1A in Flagler Beach. Two great balconies overlooking the ocean, plus a clean, functional kitchen, with yet another small balcony and a gas grill. Grill is small but works fine, as I cooked hamburgers, chicken and even baby back ribs. Close to excellent restaurants and bars, just a short bike ride away. This is the last part of "Old Florida" left on the Atlantic coast, and we love it. Nearby state parks and historical sites are interesting as well. I have already booked the condo again for next year.
A Very Enjoyable March 2017 at Flagler Beach
Henry, the owner, is just an email away and will answer all your questions about the unit. His condo feels like home, not a sterile rental. There is art on the walls, beautiful vases, funky doo-dads etc. Previous renters have left kitchen pantry items behind for the next renters to use as did we. We made use of the washer/dryer and the BBQ. Henry has 4 beach chairs and beach/pool toys in the storage area. We used 2 of the chairs on the beach and 2 on the kitchen balcony for the afternoon sun and Happy Hour.
We enjoyed walking and sitting on the beach most afternoons. The pool was too cold for us until the last week of March. The pool area is beautiful. Plenty of chaise, chairs, tables and umbrellas. It's a nice place to get sun while out of the ocean breeze.
Flagler Beach is a fun small beach town. We enjoyed the Music in the Park, Farmer's Market every weekend (the Best scallops and shrimp fresh and cheap), Artists/ craft sale one weekend and a Seafood Festival another.. Restaurants are mostly casual. We had a nice lunch off the main drag at Hidden Treasure on the inter-coastal. Just 5 min from home.
Rosie-the-dog also enjoyed her walks on the beach. there is a wide sidewalk along the A1A that goes forever and the neighbourhood behind the complex is safe, friendly and perfect for walks.
A neighbour told us it will be a noisy week during Bike Week. I thought they were referring to a Bicycle race or something. NO! Motorcycles galore up and down for a full week. Restaurants packed. Interesting to see though and we were very thankful that we were off the main beach and downtown area.
We look forward to our return next year.
We spent the month of 2/17 with our 2 labradoodles in this nice little condo. We didn't have any problems or complaints about this rental. Everything worked well and we would not hesitate to book it again should we go back to Flagler beach. The views of the ocean were wonderful to enjoy everyday. The town of Flagler is a cute beach town.
Fantastic rental on relaxing beach
I found this property after our "go-to" beach condo basically lost its beach after a hurricane last year. We needed at least two bedrooms (we have two kids - 9 and 10), and the option to bring our dog was a huge plus. I was also looking for a place that was an easy walk to the beach, had a pool, and preferably, some areas to do some family bicycling. Throw in the fact that it was in our budget, and this placed checked off all the boxes.
The unit has two roomy bedrooms with king beds, a full bath upstairs, and a half bath on the main level. My family of four had plenty of room to spread out. We especially enjoyed the ocean view balconies, where we chilled out in the evening shade. The covered parking was a really nice bonus, as it was raining when we arrived. The unit, while not technically on the beach, is about as close as you can get. You have to walk out the front door, across A1A, down the stairs, and you're in the sand. We found the beach to be very relaxing. It got a little more crowded on the weekends, but I would describe even the busiest day as "sparsely populated".
The kitchen is a nice size, and is equipped with most of the things you'd need for cooking and eating in. There is a grill on the kitchen balcony, but, owing to the space restrictions, it is a compact one. I grilled four hamburgers pretty easily, but a couple more would be really pushing it. We didn't watch much TV, but there is a nice size flat screen with a DVD player and cable. I hooked my Apple TV to it, and we watched a movie on Netflix. The WiFi access was easy to hook up to, and more than adequate for streaming a movie.
In addition to enjoying the wonderful beach, there was easy access to some nice local eateries, some great state parks, and it was a short drive to St Augustine. There is a farmer's market on Friday and Saturdays, with fresh produce and crafts, and if seafood is your thing, there are several nearby places that have both local and out of town catches for you. The Flagler Fish Company supplied our shrimp for the week. While there are some chain businesses with easy access (CVS, Publix, McDonalds, etc), the beach itself has mostly independent businesses, which was a nice getaway. We had some good eats at the Burrito Works Taco Shop and the Turtle Shack, and ate way too much ice cream at the Waffle Cone. Two thumbs up on this rental!
