Ocean front house for weekly renal, step off the patio and the beach is at your back door. Property is professionally managed by MJB Property Management. ~ 1450.00 SF Two Bedrooms with 2nd floor extra sleeping area. Property has 1 full bathroom and will sleep 4-8. House was just purchased in late 2014 and has been fully remodeled. Monday to Monday rentals only. Tenants to bring own sheets for beds. Cable and internet provided by owner. House has 2 queens beds and 2 full beds.Parking for only 4 cars, there is not room for large groups or lots of visitors. If you would like to have a big party do not rent this house... This is a perfect little house to relax but not to party and the owner's do not want the neighbors to be bothered. NOTE*** The property rents Monday to Monday, please pick a date in that range. It's $2500 a week. Also the owner of the property is very strict on who he rents to. He does not allow parties or groups at the property, it sleeps 6-8 people and there should not be many more than that while you stay. If you have a few visitors that is OK but he allows parking for 4 cars only and if a large group gathers at the property I would have to ask that everyone leave the property immediately. Just want to make that very clear before I book anyone for this property this year.

There are 2 local restaurants within walking distance serving breakfast to dinner and takeout. Boat rentals are available up the north river @ Roht Marine just a quick drive up the street. Fishing for Stripe Bass and Blues are great from the shore or off your boat.
