Beautiful cabin and gorgeous view

  • 5 of 5

Had a wonderful time at this beautiful cabin. Easy drive up and well worth the off the beaten path view!!! Spent 3 wonderful nights in this clean well decorated home. We enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra night and so glad we did, had a visit with a black bear that night very exciting! Loved the hot tub and outdoor fireplace. Waking up to the gorgeous view every morning could not be beat. Highly recommend this cabin for a special stay. Enjoyed our visits with Toby one of the owners dogs he would make the trek up the drive for ear scratches. I cannot say enough about our time here. I am sure we will return again someday.

Amazing cabin!!

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I spent our 30th anniversary at 'A Passionate View' and it was everything we could have hoped for and more!! The drive up was a little tricky but thanks to Valerie's easy-to-follow directions we had no problem finding our way.

The pictures are very accurate and they clearly show the cabin and surrounding area but they can't begin to do it justice! That view!! It took my breath away when we pulled up to the cabin! We spent many long hours on the back deck just watching the clouds roll in and out of the mountains. The skies were a little overcast during our stay and we had rain one day, but that didn't diminish our enjoyment at all. I had expressed some concern to Valerie on our drive up that we may be in for some "nasty weather" as the weather report was warning of some high winds etc. She cheerfully informed me that there is no nasty weather in the mountains and I totally agree!! There's nothing more peaceful than sitting on that deck and listening to the rain!

The cabin itself was spotless - not to mention gorgeous! And it is fully stocked. Everything you could need and then some. We shopped at nearby Food City our first day there and bought some groceries so we could avoid eating out every meal. Cooking in the kitchen was a dream - every thing I needed was right there! We drove down to Gatlinburg every day - so many things to do if you don't mind walking! Pigeon Forge is just a short drive away, too.

Valerie was so kind and helpful - you can tell she loves this cabin and wants her guests to enjoy it as well! We were very sad to leave for home - wished we could have stayed longer! We most certainly will be back!

Truly amazing l!!

  • 5 of 5

I don't know where to start!! The views are amazing, it's quiet and secluded, and just an all around beautiful place. I was really impressed with the furnishings. A lot of these rentals are filled with what seems like flea market furniture, but not this one!! The couches and bed were extremely comfortable. Can't say enough about the property. Will definitely be back!!
