"Ocean Breeze" is a large 3 bedroom home that sleeps eight (8) and is exquisitely furnished with 2 Master Suites each with their own luxurious bath, and 3rd bedroom with its own luxurious bathroom right outside the door. This home is perfect for families or three couples looking to share a home while having space, privacy and near equal size rooms and baths.

The Primary suite has a King bed, direct access to lanai and amazing ocean views. The second Primary suite has a King bed and has stunning ocean views and coastline views that is equal to the first primary suite. Each Primary suite has a large ensuite bath with soaker tub, gorgeous high-end cabinets and frameless glass showers. The third bedroom features two full size beds. There is a bathroom just outside the bedroom door that is just as luxurious as the other two primary suites.

The airy open concept main room includes kitchen, great room, and large covered lanai with grill. Dine alfresco on the lanai or at the kitchen island. The large lanai doors disappear into the wall for complete blend of indoor and outdoor living.

The lanai features comfy chairs and daybed for reading, dining area with room for six, and an outdoor kitchen. The lanai has an overlooking view of the Wai'ula'ula community with the expansive ocean as a backdrop. A perfect place for your morning coffee, or quiet place to chat with a glass of wine as you watch the glorious sunset.

"Ocean Breeze" is on a quiet court, yet only a short walk to the Wai'ula'ula gated community recreation center and pool. This recreation center boasts an infinity pool that is to die for, and a kids pool for those with little ones. Lay on loungers in the water, enjoy the hot tub spa or cuddle up with your kids on one of the big orbital day beds. The recreation center also has a fitness center with stunning views of the pools and expansive Hawaii scenery.

As a Guest in this home, you have the option of registering for the Mauna Kea Club Amenity program for $180/day (2024 prices), per group (not per person) providing you with the opportunity to enjoy exclusive benefits at both the Mauna Kea and Westin Hapuna Beach Hotels. (Advance registration through Paradise In Hawaii and the Hotel is required).

The benefits include charging privileges at both hotels, use of the hotel beaches and pools, towel usage, lounge chairs, umbrellas, reduced golf rates, tennis (court fees apply), use of two fitness centers, and guaranteed parking at each hotel.

Almost every guest takes this option as this is a prime reason guests want to stay in the luxurious Mauna Kea Resort. Mauna Kea Beach, possibly the nicest beach in all Hawaii, has limited public spots that fill before 8am most mornings so the ability to come and go to this beach and enjoy the amenities of two hotels makes this a must have for most guests.

A short drive away are six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Black Sand Beach, Private Beach 69, and of course two of the best beaches in Hawaii right on the resort; Hapuna beach and the breath-taking Mauna Kea beach.

The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.

Within a 10 minute drive are three high-end shopping complexes, Queens Shops at Waikoloa, Kings Shops and the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.
