Guestbook comments from the owner

Hi Mary,

We had a remarkable time. Everyone is raving about their stay on Facebook this week. In fact, folks liked it so much, we'd like to go ahead and reserve it again for next Memorial Day weekend (5/23-5/26, 3 nights). Katrina would even go so far as to say we'd like to make this an annual tradition. Are we able to put in a multi-year reservation for Memorial Day Weekend?

It's such a perfect place. So much space for everyone to move around. The side house was perfect for arts & crafts, and a movie projector. The outside tent was ideal for being outside, even though it rained most of the day Sunday. In fact, many parents have remarked how their kids thought the lodge was better than Disneyland and Disney World – those are some high standards J.

Wonderful retreat in the Pacific Northwest

  • 5 of 5

What a wonderful property!! My family held a reunion at the Wallace Falls Log Lodge in June 2016. The lodge was perfect for our family of 20 adults and two children. No one felt crowded, plenty of space for everyone. The property had so much to offer.....from the out building for karaoke and dancing, to the covered patio for outdoor dining, the hot tub, fire pit for making s'mores, horseshoe game, plus the grassy area for frisbee/soccer/whiffle ball. We also took advantage of the fact that we were next to Wallace Falls State Park. We were able to hike into the park several times to see the falls. A group also took advantage of the availability of white water rafting from Gold Bar. The property managers were available whenever we had a question. The house is well stocked with everything you may need during your stay. I highly recommend this property as a destination for a family reunion, wedding, or retreat!! From the time I first contacted the owner to the time we checked out, everything was top notch!

What a great find! My friends and I loved our stay at Wallace Falls Lodge. The configuration of the beds and bedrooms made it easy for our all adult but not all couples group. Everything worked. The landscaping was beautiful. The furnishings were great. The beds were wonderful. We will be back!

Christmas at Wallace Falls Lodge

  • 5 of 5

We had Christmas at Wallace Falls Lodge this year and it worked perfectly for our family - all 16 of us. Mary and David were very helpful and enhanced our stay. We all enjoyed being able to walk over to Wallace Falls State Park and hiked to the falls at least twice during our week long stay. A few in our group took advantage of the closeness of Stevens Pass and went skiing. Everyone loved our stay at the lodge and we are already looking at booking it again this year.
