This 2BD/2BA condo is perfectly located just 100 steps from the gondola and only 35 steps to the Lionshead Arcade Bus Stop, the preferred method of transportation in Vail! Celebrate the $1 billion renovation in Lionshead Village and enjoy the new premium shops, restaurants, and bars that Lionshead has to offer!

Enter a hip but cozy apartment that has been freshly painted in November (2015). Loft ceilings give the apartment an abundance of light and space. You are in the heart of Lionshead/Vail in walking distance to the slopes and Eagle Bahn Gondola, Ski School, Starbucks, Haagen Dazs and gorgeous shops. You can't go wrong eating at one of the sophisticated restaurants or hanging and listening to music at a nearby pub. Although it is in the heart of Lionshead, our apartment is well insulated and quiet and you never hear the people or the highway.

Fresh carpet is found in both bedrooms & hard wood floors are in living room & dining room. The gourmet kitchen is completely stocked with matching dishes, glass ware and Emeril cookware; etc. A full size matching LG Tromm washer & dryer are installed in the unit.

Each bedroom has high thread count, premium Euro Style bedding with down pillows & comforters. You will sleep beautifully in the luxurious 450 thread count sheets and thick comforters. Both bathrooms are stocked with premium hotel collection towels in matching soft hews.

The deck overlooks Vail Mountain & Lionshead Square and the shops and restaurants. The billion dollar Arrabelle Resort & Spa is right across the street.

Amenities include: 32' flatscreen TVs in living room & master bedroom, iHome players in both bedrooms & living room, fire place (firewood provided), Wi Fi & high speed internet, open floor plan of living room, dining room & new kitchen. The second bedroom has a Smart TV, with Hulu & Netflix. There is a full size washer and dryer in unit and covered parking. Enjoy a cup of coffee or hot chocolate on us. 2 blow dryers, tissues, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent and laundry supplies included.

The Lionshead Children’s Ski School reservation center is 15 kid steps from our condo’s stairwell. It is literally the closest condo to the school & if your family participates you will love the convenience. You can get your children reserved and situated in ski school & then return to the condo for another cup of coffee & finish getting dressed. And ..... the location is wonderfully convenient if you forgot something. You have to walk up 2 stories to get to the condo but the condo & the location, location, location are well worth it!

If you are bringing your own equipment, then take advantage of the ski/snowboard valet service that we have arranged for you. You can leave your equipment there each day (on us) & walk the few steps to the condo building empty handed.

If you need to rent equipment, we have established a relationship with a Ski & Rental shop 10 steps from our condo stairwell. They will provide you with a 20% discount off your rental equipment. They have excellent service and top of the line equipment.

We are a family of 4 from California but vacation in Vail as often as possible. RJ (26) & Maddy (17) have traveled to the 'dark side' and are snow boarders while Ken & 24 year old daughter, Jackie, still manage to get down the slope on skies. All of us enjoy the snow & it brings our family closer together each time we travel to Vail. We spend a lot of time in the condo and have done our best to make it a wonderful & very comfortable experience for ourselves & our guests.

Location, location, location!

This condo is perfectly located.

As stated in other reviews, it's on the third floor,

but active, healthy people should have no issues.

The thing that puts this place over the top, in my opinion,

is the attention to detail, and the prompt, friendly responses

of the owner(s).

Lastly, and feel free to disregard this as hippy nonsense, there

is good karma in the place, like people have had lots of happy

times there.

Great location - nice property

This rental is right in the Lionshead area - you can walk to the lift. Shops and restaurants right there. The kitchen is well stocked. The owner communicates in a timely fashion. Nice table, bar, stocked with fire wood, washer and dryer. Two bathrooms. The master is a little tight as are the bathrooms - and it was more than fine. We were missing fire starters and a hair dryer. Note - no soap. No bath soap or shampoo - they do provide laundry soap. We enjoyed our time and the customer service. We would go back.

Owner's Response: Thanks for your feedback Joan! I just ordered a large number of travel sized body wash, shampoo and conditioner bottles to avoid that issue in the future. Will also restock on fire starter materials and get a new blow dryer when I get out there in a few weeks!

Location, location, location!

Amazing location in Lionshead Village! Close walk to everything. The condo had was stocked with everything and anything you might need. The ONLY negative is that it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage, prepare to carry it all up 3 flights of stairs. Other than that, the owner was very helpful and responsive. We loved being so close to Bart and Yetti's for a quick bite or drink.

Excellent location!

The Lionshead Arcade condo is in a great location for skiing, and was great for our family. The condo was very comfortable and the kitchen had all that we needed for cooking meals. The owner was always available for any questions and assistance throughout the booking process. We completely enjoyed our stay and were spoiled right there in Lionshead!

Great New Year!

Stayed in this property for New Year and we had a great time! You cannot beat the location, loved the fact it was only a short walk 'home' after a day skiing and everything was close by/within walking distance. Apartment was very cosy, well kept and well stocked. The owner was very helpful and attentive and I have recommended your apartment to our friends.

Excellent location for skiing! Walking distance to liftgondola.

Excellent location! Right in the middle of Lionshead village. Walking distance to ski slopes. Very clean, well maintained and extremely well stuffed kitchen. The owner was very attentive. If we are to ski in Vail again we would not search for other place to stay!
