The property was well kept and worked great for three couples and two kids. One of the best parts was being able to walk to main street with ease, or hit the bike path right out the door to bike to Copper! The staff was friendly, helpful and available if we needed anything. I hope we can come back to this spot at some point, it was great!

Very spacious, clean and comfortable home for our group of nine adults. Good location in walking distance to Main Street. Well equipped with everything we needed. Although garage is small, we were able to get a Honda Pilot in there. A van or larger vehicle will not fit. Driveway is small and third car had to park in overflow lot. We were very satisfied and would rent this unit again.

we use vrbo in summit county 5/6 times a year. upon checking in and reading the rules, it states you cannot park 2 cars in front of the unit, or you'll be towed. Unless you have a prius, you can't fit a car in this garage. we called the mgmt co and were told we should park in town. we had a pickup and a mid sized BMW. regardless, we parked both in front of the unit. the unit entry is an ice rink, literally a safety hazard. the kitchen is fine, as long as you don't more than 2 people in there at any moment, which for 2 families with kids, is not feasible. lastly, i arrived home to an email with photos from the mgmt co asking if i could shed light on the damage done to the property bifold doors. we left the unit in perfect condition, cleaner than when we got there, so I called, emailed but got no response. 3 hours later she emailed me to say the cleaning crew did the damage. Perhaps do your research before becoming accusatory with the renters. as i said, I use vrbo a lot every season. there's better units and better mgmt co's for the same price, keep looking.

We advertise clearly that parking is limited to 1 small car in garage and 1 car in driveway. While you can try to park 2 cars in driveway, it can be a challenge in winter due to snow. The complex has ample overflow parking right next door, plenty room for large trucks or oversized vehicles. If you recall, we delivered extra parking passes for you and showed the location so your family can take advantage of it. We have noted the icy entry and have taken extra steps for every arrival to ensure safe access to house. As for bifold doors, we were simply trying to research how the damage occurred and fix in time for next arrival, I apologize you felt accused, that was not our intent. We also quickly informed you that we are taking responsibility for the door at no cost to you. During the past 10 years, we’ve hosted multiple large families in this lovely townhouse with many happy, return guests. We apologize for the problems (and misunderstandings) during your stay. Your input will help us better serve other guests going forward. Thank you.

We spent a week in the Royal Glen townhouse. We had ten people including 4 young ones and the facility worked out well. The kitchen is small but sufficient and the sleeping arrangements were perfect for our group. Parking was a bit of a challenge since we had three cars almost every day. Frisco is a great little town and we were glad we had a chance to get to know it better.

The condo wasn't cleaned well at all. I have a picture of the master bathroom 4 gang light switch. Don't believe it has been cleaned in months maybe much longer. Also the half bath sink faucet was very loose and the kitchen faucet didn't work correctly. The outside was weathered very badly and both decks are in need of a lot of work.

Not as well kept as i thought. Porches and stairs were not shoveled and driveway was icy creating a hazard for the kids. Grill had not been cleaned in quites some time and did not work. Back porch was a mess. House itself was marginal.
