Why Joe Osborne chose Punta Gorda

I purchased this home in 2004 as a second home and we absolutely loved the home and neighborhood. It was 2 years old and we just loved it as it was so well maintained and the floor plan that we were looking for and it was on a tip lot. It was everything that we were looking for in a home. We considered the people in Punta Gorda to be nicer and more friendly than the people in North Carolina.....and that is saying a lot.

Of course, in the first 60 days of our ownership, we added 105' to the 45' existing dock giving us a 150' dock, and planted many palm trees among other improvements to the property.

What makes this house unique

The benefits include the heated pool, and a lovely lanai area that simply becomes part of your extended living area. Part of the lanai is covered for your entertainment and part is open for sun bathing; of course a TV is in the lanai area.
