The Reflection Key community is located off Summerlin Rd. north of Gladiolis. It is close to the gulf beaches and the Sanibel causeway. The club house has billiards and exercise rooms, a lighted tennis court, a community meeting room and a lending library and it's only a stone’s throw away.
This unit is located on ground floor of a 4 unit coach home, unit has private garage and 60 sq. ft. screened private front entry and a 135 sq. ft. covered screened lanai with door to grassy area near Lakes Park canal. You can step outside from your lanai and put your feet in the grass!
This condo is very large, approximately 2400 sq. ft., under roof. It has a king size bed in the master suite, a cozy reading chair near windows, a private bath with oversize tub and glass shower and separate toilet room. There is a second full bath as well. A queen bed, a cozy reading chair and window are located in the large guest bedroom. The den has a new queen size sofa-bed and window too. All rooms have ceiling fans and plantation blinds to help maintain a tropical mood. Nice windows views throughout. A large living-room/great room opens to the kitchen area with seating at both the snack bar and the dining area. The great room has a fireplace and a large screen wall-mounted TV with Blue-Ray DVD. The full service kitchen has refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, stove/oven and microwave. Everything is very spacious and bright, high ceilings and very spacious. A washer and dryer are also in unit. With the Lanai is just off the great room and kitchen, entertainment is very convenient. And the views are great. Outside you'll often see blue heron and other native waterfowl fishing in the canal.

You will love the location with its easy access to the beach,to the Sanibel causeway, and also churches, historical areas and the Barbara B. Mann performing arts center. It's easy to get to the airport or the highway and yet its actually out of the high traffic area. So it's private, quiet, yet very friendly and the easy access to Lakes Parks walking trails and its Friday farmers markets.

Great location for easy access to lots of activities, only 8 miles from Fort Meyers and other gulf beaches, or drive the awesome causeway to Sanibel and Captiva islands, US 41 north to historic downtown Fort Meyers, Cape Coral or Pine Island, or go south to great beaches near Naples, 12 miles and easy access to regional (RSW) airport, I75, casinos, air boat rides in the everglades, shopping at some of the greatest malls in the country! Lots to enjoy.
