Enjoy the world class amenities of Wild Dunes Resort, in our newly decorated Grand pavilion home. Located just steps from the beach (a two minute walk to the water’s edge) this house sits in the most sought after area of the resort - The Grand Pavilion. This area is the true heart and soul of Wild Dunes.

This house offers full access to the Grand Pavilion area - including the 2 oceanfront Grand Pavilion pools! It also comes with the Wild dunes sportscard so you can enjoy all of the amenities the resort has to enjoy.

Enter at the garage level and walk up a flight of stairs to the first floor where you’ll find the living room, kitchen, covered porch, master bedroom (with king size bed) and bath. Each generously sized bedroom has its own attached bath.

The living room is enhanced by a large flat screen TV and fireplace. An open porch, located off the living area, is perfect for enjoying both morning coffee and evening cocktails with friends, all while listening to the soothing sounds of waves crashing on the shore.

BEST Vacation Home BY FAR!

  • 5 of 5

My family and brother's family have been vacationing together for years in Wild Dunes. This home was hands down the best yet! It was perfectly spotless and perfectly decorated. The photos do not give it justice. We have never stayed in the Grand Pavilion neighborhood so that was a plus. The kids loved being soo close, as did the adults. We only had one small issue...one of the kids broke one of the shower converter things and Beth/Brad had a repair man over that same day to fix it. The entire process from beginning to end was perfect and we appreciate it all. We HIGHLY recommend this home and plan to be back next year!

Wonderful house, great location!

  • 5 of 5

We just returned from spending a week here (early July). Two families (4 adults and 3 kids). We had a wonderful time - the house was beautiful, very clean and welcoming. The location is perfect - steps from the boardwalk, pools, and beach. There is also a huge green lawn behind the house that was great for playing and picnics. Comfortable beds, roomy bedrooms and bathrooms. We highly recommend this house for a stay.

Beautiful home!

  • 5 of 5

We have recently returned from our stay over Easter and just wanted to say Thank you! for letting us stay in your beautiful home. Every room was just lovely.....and most importantly, the house was spotless! We have stayed in various other accommodations at Wild Dunes that really seem to take a beating from all the sand but this house was just immaculate. Such a great location! We loved the fact that the Grand Pavillion and the beach were both a 2 minute walk! We would definitely recommend this house to everyone! Hopefully, we will be back soon!

Great house

  • 5 of 5

We stayed during Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. We cooked and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a great Thanksgiving dinner. It was easy to order dinner if that is more your style. The house was comfortable, Wild Dunes was a perfect location and the beach is beautiful and steps away. I can't wait to book my next stay.

Perfect rental for our family reunion

  • 5 of 5

We picked Wild Dunes as a good place to spend Christmas with our family from N.Y. We were two families with kids ages 11-19. The house was great for our reunion. It was layed out perfectly with each of the bedrooms having its own bathroom. The house is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well stocked for all cooking needs. We went for great walks on the beach and good restaurants nearby. We will definitely be renting this property again!

Beautiful Beach House

  • 5 of 5

Had a great time relaxing with the girlfriends in this bright and beautiful home. It is close to everything...beach, pool, tennis, restaurants, gym. Can't wait to go back for more tennis, relaxing on the beach, great food and wine and lots of laughs.
