Our property is a large, beautifully presented 2 double bedroom Caribbean style apartment which is situated around a 33m pool set in tropical gardens. It is on the first floor (UK = ground floor) and is ideal for a family, or one or two couples. Perfect for honeymooners too! Cas en Bas Beach is only a 2 minute walk away where you can kite surf, horse ride or relax at the local beach bar. St Lucia Golf Club is located next door. Restaurants and shops at Rodney Bay are only a 12 minute drive away.
Each bedroom is air-conditioned and has an upright fan and large en suite shower room. The sitting room and the master bedroom both have a TV. The electrical outlets are British 240 volt standard 3 pin sockets. However, there are two 110 volt US style sockets in each bedroom. The property has MOSQUITO SCREENS installed throughout and FREE WIFI internet access.
The fully appointed kitchen with NEW APPLIANCES means that you have the choice of eating in or alfresco on the covered terrace. The private courtyard outside (with sun loungers) leads onto a large sundeck around the 33m pool.
There is a set of golf clubs available in the apartment if you were interested in playing at the St Lucia Golf Club which is next door to the property.
ADDITIONAL NOTES FROM THE OWNER:
My property manager, who is based in St Lucia, will make contact with you and can advise on airport transfer/hire cars, tours, local knowledge, babysitting services etc. She will meet you upon arrival at the apartment and provide orientation of the property and surroundings. As I reside in the UK, she will be your point of contact in St Lucia should any problems arise.
Electricity is an additional charge and a meter reading is taken on arrival and then again on date of departure so you only pay for what you use - on average US$50 - US$60 per week.
